A rough book, I think most of the information was gotten from a manual or possibly a wiki. Goes over the very elementary history of Kanban, which along with the six sigma methodology and TQM and other derivative process management concepts were brought over in the 80s from Japan.
The book then goes through the basics of how Kanban fits in w/ Agile. But the level of detail here is about the same w/ a free doc you would get with any electronic implementation of such a system like from Atlassian say, so it's only marginally useful. Then the book goes over very briefly some use-cases.
The reader mispronounces things occasionally and/or the manual suffers from poor editing. Not bad, but combined with the bare-bones content, seems more an "information product" vs. A proper book. Not recommended.
