Disorganized and redundant - 2 stars...BUT some interesting info...so 3 stars. Didn't know about the powers of the essential oil of oregano. His information on pork...well, let's just say I don't care to ever have pork again! There is a lot of natural cures that traditional medicine chooses to ignore all in the name of making the big bucks. I'm not 100% holistic, but I also don't believe everything a doctor tells me. I like balance. From my research the last few years it just seems wise to question some Western medicinal approaches and BIG pharma.
