Excellent tutorial

Cannot wait for hardback paper copies. My only request is that meat comes in different sizes and would like to see what size the chicken breast or other cuts of meat or what is a large zucchini (how much does it weigh). Do not get me wrong I plan on purchasing another for my brother for his birthday.

Very interesting cook book. Let's you know in detail how to use your insta pot but also give people having a regular pressure cooker some good receipts.

Poor descriptions

Some potentially good recipes but lousy decriptions on the directions and how to serve the dishes. Also meats includded in vegan section.
