This book is incredibly informative not only with regards to the benefits of yoga but also the fascinating deep history behind it. It's a quick read which really helps eager new students fully grasp the concept, the terminology and the basics to this way of life.
Complete with clear images on some of the most common asanas (poses), this is a great guide for anyone forming an interest in yoga.
