ROPE: Ethereal Power of Rings

Rate this book
My name is John Rollins, and I am presently residing in the city of London where I was born. Here, in late October of 2016, I received an intriguing package through the post. It contained an authentic Roman ring and a detailed account of how it came to be sent to me. The contents of that package have repeatedly served as a source of inspiration in my ongoing endeavor to delve deeper into my research regarding Resonant Occultic Parapsychological Energy, or ROPE.
In a case of paramnesia or coincidence, the acronym ROPE is the exact reverse of the first letters of the following story’s subtitle, Ethereal Power of Rings. Much to my surprise that quintessential connection is what prompted Meredith Carson, the head writer of the World Codex staff, to contact me.
In the following story, historicity is woven throughout its plot interlacing several eye-witness accounts of parapsychological phenomena that can neither be confirmed nor denied. Therefore, ROPE is categorized as Subjective Mystical Reality (SMR) which means that the perception and understanding of reality are entirely reliant upon the individual grasp of each reader.
SMR is a new literary category, and its thematic propensity reflects the incredible results of the double slit experiment in physics. In ROPE’s companion book, Survival of the A Case Study in SMR, the strange principles inherent to the nature of Subjective Mystical Reality are explored on several levels. In a nutshell, fact and fiction are proven to be subjective, although the appearance of the two diametrically opposed states of being has long been assumed to be understood objectively. Science has recently redefined the reality that the world experiences in everyday life. Each individual’s perception of what is real may indeed be accurate.
