Rhette has lung cancer and while being nice to a lady (Tammy) at card table and allowing her to change her bet, she catches up to him at the elevators and gives him a key card. Being gay Rhette has absolutely no intentions of using it. While going to his room he pulls out his key card to get into his room only to find out he used the one the Tammy gave to him in error and it works. Only he’s not in his room nor is it the same hallway he was in. Come to find out he was in the past. She gave him the opportunity to go back in time and change the past. Andrew and Pete are in the military and best friends with benefits sometimes. Andrew is a pilot who is determined to be the first person to hit mock 7 however, when they hit mock 6 the plane falls apart and Pete and Andrew die. Rhette is confused so when he looks in the mirror and sees his younger self he realizes that this is no prank he’s really back in 1990 and has the body of his 24 year old self. Tammy tells him he has 24 hours from the time he stepped off the elevator. Rhette is determined to try and talk Andrew out of getting in that plane and killed him self and Pete. This was truly a wonderful read with ups and downs, pain and regret.

To say I loved this book is an understatement. After I finished reading it, I thought to myself, “How can I review this book, when I feel like there isn’t enough words to describe how this book made me feel!” I know it sounds sooo dramatic, but I finished this book feeling so happy and so complete that I wished that feeling would always stay with me.
This book follows Rhett, a man in his 50’s who comes to Hotel Opulence for a last hurrah due to his cancer diagnosis. While there, he remembers Andrew, a pilot he met 30 years before, a man he spent an amazing weekend with who tragically died during a freak accident. A life and love of two men cut tragically short due to that unfortunate accident. The story follows Rhett as he gets a second chance at saving the man he once could have loved.
Like I said before, this books is amazing. The only thing that marred this book from being absolutely perfect is the use of a wrong word in one sentence. It interrupted my enjoyment just cause I had to figure what word the author meant to use. Other then that I loved it. And can I say this author knows how to write a sex scene, man the scenes in this book are hot. I wish I could write more, but then I would be spoiling it for everyone. Read this book!!!!

It was a pleasure to read this unusual yet outstanding & heartwarming second chance MM romance.
The plot is exceptional well-written and flowed smoothly from page to page. The characters are believable and are portrayed with realistic human flaws.
It is about: a man (Rhett Costello) who has been diagnosed with lung cancer and decides to go back to where he met the love of his life (Andrew, an air force pilot) who sadly died thirty years ago. Once there, he comes into contact with a strange woman who hands him a hotel keycard and he is mysteriously transported back in time to where they first met, now Rhett has 24hrs to convince a rather stubborn man that their love & relationship is more important that the skies.
There is: intrigue, mystery, fate, a strange woman, friendship, memories, isolation, amazement, anticipation. Déjà Vu, disbelief, nostalgia, conversations, admittance, emotional turmoil, disagreements, pleas, desperation, realization, strangeness, letters, happiness, love, steamy scenes and a very satisfying end.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this MM romance and would recommend it to people who enjoy reading this genre. I sincerely doubt that you would be disappoint in this book.

Oh really, the character is really well-built. I can feel Rhett loneliness and desperation from the start. Also I can feel how much he loves Andrew.

It is really rare to see a time travel theme which only give you 24 hours to change everything! Omg! There is no way I can accept this! Lol. But, the plot is make me forget that almost a whole story only happened in 24 hours! Because the story is very intense and I just read it and then I remembered that 24 hours! Lol

One of my favourite scene is when Rhett told Andrew that he is from the future and a time traveler! Lol! Dude, come on, you can't just said it out of no where in the middle of chatting with your crush :( but fortunately Andrew willing to understand and want to listen to Rhett carefully. You know, I can't see my baby boy Rhett got hurt and rejected. I like how fast Andrew can adopt with things, but I hate his stubbornness, because of that he makes Rhett desperate :(

After all, I loved this story and all the character including Tammy! Eveyone must read this story!

Wow, talk about a trip into the strange. This book starts so sad with Rhett coming to terms with what is left of his life and his deep sorrow of the life he never got to live. One last trip to Vegas was all he had. An act of kindness and a strange woman has given Rhett the gift of a lifetime, 24 hours in his past self. Andrew was pushing his limits as a pilot of experimental aircraft, loving every minute of it. A vacation in Vegas was what his best friend thought he needed. Younger Rhett meets his lost love Andrew again, and now he has to change what happened, but first Andrew has to believe him. I was so engrossed in this book. You would think it would get confussing but the book flowed so perfect.... Nice job to the author for making this book so amazing and perfect, and easy to follow. And thats not always easy to do when playing with time lines. Loved the happily ever after, so perfect. I reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book

I have to say, I absolutely love this book... it made me cry, and it also made me laugh.. this book was just wonderful. You cant help but fall in love with Rhett and the sadness within his soul for losing Andrew. I would gladly reread this book again. This book is just a great idea of a new take on second chance and the decisions we make along the way. The only thing I can say is I wish there was more closure at the end, that felt just a little rushed to me. But with all that I still just loved this book. Rhett's love and longing for a love cut short was so strong that he was permitted to travel back 30 years and try and save that love. Andy of course is drawn to the good looking guy and feels like he knows him and they have to fall in love all over again... trust me you want to read this book. Happy reading..

A very thought provoking piece of writing. Time travel themed plots have never really been my thing but this story really changed my opinion. It has always been said that you can't change the past but in this instance history had to be altered. It was a life change that had two strangers move quickly from acquaintances to sexual partners to fated lovers but all happening close to 30 years in the past. In the present day Rhett is 50-something facing the end of his life due to cancer. He revisits Hotel Opulence to recapture the best incident of his life: meeting and falling for pilot ace Andrew, the fool hardy Air Force test pilot. The remarkable journey from past to present is well worth the read. This review is an honest and a completely voluntary one for the ARC I was given.

Wow another absolutely fantastic story by Romeo Alexander and this is book 3 in the Silver City Secrets. This story had me so emotional and my heart broke for Rhett the love of his life Andrew died in a tragic accident. What would you do if you could go back and prevent the accident from happening and losing the love of your life?, I know I would and that’s exactly what Rhett planned on doing. If you want to know what happens then you will need to get this book. I must say that I loved it and I look forward to reading more from this author, a fantastic story a 5 plus ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

A truly special story. Emotional, magical, intense, but also meaningful, with lots of element that make you think.
I loved the character development, how both characters change and grow through their arc and the different shades of youth and wisdom in them.
A second chance with your true love but really, a chance to save two lives. What a wonderful plot.
This is the first MM time travel story I read and I suppose it's quite rare in MM romance, while it did remind me of a couple of TV shows with similar plot lines that I loved just as well as this story.

Great book by this author. I remember Rhett from the first book in the series. Rhett and Andrew have instant scorching chemistry. Despite a VERY rocky first impression, they let the growing attraction explode. But Rhett struggles with the knowledge that he's on borrowed time and not a lot of it. The sex between them is white hot. I was a little skeptical about there being a higher power, would almost say supernatural element to a series that hasn't had one till now. But I ignore the initial hesitation and the author did a superb job. Love this series.

An unique and well told story with interesting and entertaining characters. Definitely felt all the feels for these two men. Loved this story.

From the second I started reading about Rhett and Andrew I was hooked! This is a second chance story for a love of a life time. Rhett has lived the last 30 years missing the one person that made him whole. But Andrew died after only a few short days. Rhett is given 24 hours to go back in time and try to change the way things turned out and boy is it a zinger! This book is so different but so much love flows off the pages and so well written. You will fell like you are right there trying to help them get "it" together. A hallmark moment in a book!!

A delightful romance with a paranormal twist involving travelling back in time to try and change the present.

Rhett is wonderful, he's so decided to save Andrew's life and he's willing to risk his future to give him a chance. And Andrew... deep down he knows that this man is not as insane as he should think he is. There is a connection there, and he can feel it... and he believes him.

A very feeling-good romance that left me with a big, big smile on my face at the end.

Morgan Sharpe does a very good job with the narration.

Amazing story

I can’t express how happy this story made me, reading it was an adventure that went in a wonderful direction and culminated in a wonderful conclusion that made it all fit. I am always grateful for a good solid epilogue that ties up all loose ends nicely

A first for me, time travel, I like the fact that it didn't go to far back or to far forward. The story line was a nice on of trying to get back what was a possibility. The writing flowed nicely and succinctly. As soon as you get a chance read it.
