I am loving this series so much!
Wow, I really loved reading Racheal and Hunter's story so much because of what she went through with Sarah's father and the people he worked with. I was so glad when she was able to get away from the madman that took her to use her for the research they were doing. And I was so happy that her HEA was with Hunter because he seemed a lot more friendly and level-headed than some of his brothers.

While raiding a Kallan lab Rachael encounters Cougar shifter Hunter who is her mate. She is trying to find a cure for a serum she helped create and is searching for information on the serum to try and reverse it But Hunter tells her they must move as Kallan has men searching the building next door and will soon find her.They go to a cabin and Rachael tries to explain what she has done and what has been done to her that makes it impossible for her to let him give her the mating bite. She must find the solution to this and other experimental serums that have been used before more shifters and humans die. A shifter romance to relax and enjoy.

Kellan labs has been doing experiments on shifters manipulating their DNA and the serums they have made will kill not only shifters but humans as well. Rachael was held four years by the labs and her work was used to on the serum now she has escaped she will do whatever she needs to reverse the serum and find a cure. When she breaks into the labs searching for evidence she comes across Hunter he tells her they have to leave as they are about to be discovered When they take refuge in a cabin it doesn't take long for them to realise they are mates but what Rachael went through means that Hunter can't give her the mate bite or can he. You will need to read to see if these two get their HEA.
This is the third book in this wonderful series and while they can be read as standalones you will get a far better read if you follow the series in order

A well written shifter adventure/romance story. If you have read the earlier book you will know the characters and the background but this is so well written that even if it is the first you have read you will follow the main story easily. ( You will also want to go read the earlier story to find out more about some of the fascinating characters that are secondary to the story ) Full of action , suspense and hot scenes between two mates this story keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout and ends with the cutest puppies in the world lol

Being the 3rd in the series, it does stand alone, but I recommend reading the first two books.
I loved this book. There us action, suspense, betrayal, courage, shifters & sex, lots of sex . I loved Hunter's patience & control as he waits to claim Racheal as his mate. You will cheer for Racheal as she struggles to do what's right, while trying to protect her true mate. Their story will pull you in & never let you go.
This is a great read. I can't wait to read book 4.

3/5***. This is book 3, Hunter and Racheal’s story in the Cascade Cougars PNR shifter series. The plot was very involved, had numerous characters and follows series storyline with details that were at times hard to follow. The MCs are fated mates who are strongly attracted to each other, even though Racheal had yet to transition or shift. As a scientist, she is working hard to develop treatments for all those individuals who had been experimented on - including herself. As her mate, Hunter protects Racheal and uses his strength and sexual prowess to show her that despite the dire circumstances, their future is together.

This is the second book I have read in the Cascade Cougars shifter series and both were well written and involved the storyline of attempting to manipulate DNA. Racheal and Hunter were both strong characters. Hopefully there are plans to continue this series with many other interesting characters. Good steamy read.

Doctor mate for Hunter
As soon as Hunter scented Rachael he knew that she was his mate. Rachael is torn because of what she has done even thoughie she was kidnapped and forced to work on experiments on shifters. She knows that she has been experimented on as well and believes that she is a danger to all especially Hunter. I believe that readers will enjoy reading what happens next in the exciting world of shifters and would highly recommend this book as well as the series.

Love It
I love this particular book because of how the relationship develops with the main characters. It makes me want a Hunter in my life. I like the fact that the women in this series are all strong women with strong careers of their own prior to meeting mates. So far my most favorite couple in this series! Kudos!

As much as I did enjoy the storyline, I unfortunately had a hard time reading this because of the typos and grammar. I truly don't like giving bad reviews, but if I was an author, I would want to know things like this so, I could ensure that it wouldn't happen again. I would also want to have a talk with my editor and proofreader. Again, I really did enjoy the storyline.

Book 3 in the shifter Cascade Cougar Series. The passionate, red-hot interplay between Dr Racheal Smith and Hunter kept me riveted. They are both overwhelmed by their passionate desires for each other, yet it is up to Hunter to try to make Racheal accept her past and be able to move on and map out a future. Really gripping, hot, steamy, and so tense, with plenty of action and drama.

My Opinion
I didn't like this addition to the series. This was one of the most depressing books I've read in a while. I'd never want to join this family. Too much anal sex and the first transformation is horrendous. Jesus Christ the love making in not sexy. It's borders on violence. Will not recommended this book.

The one thing a shifter will kill for or die for. His mate. Really intense and the discussion is informative. Really good and the plot is also. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving a honest review.

Though I really like this series I did not care for this book. There wasn't much of a story to it. Basically just the same boring sex scenes on repeat. Should have been a lot better compared to the other books.

I enjoyed this reading very much. Liked how he was always so kind and loving of her. Especially at the end where he allows her to get one of the puppies. Let's hope that it all turns out well with the puppy and them.
