This is for "One False Move"**I accidently hit this double book edition - Goodreads needs to add a delete choice, when you choose the wrong book.**

Another fast paced, sly humor Myron adventure. And I'll say again, Win has to be one of the most unique side-kicks in a mystery series.

The ending was a surprise for me and I loved the old gumshoe, Dick Tracy style. I thought the old cliches were great and added humour.

Neither story is as good as some of Coben's other works. Too much 'sports-lingo' for me, but the mysteries unfold nicely...

One pet peeve of mine is when an author has a reoccuring character that has a different significant other in every book.

Great plotting, but some of the most graceless writing I've read in a novel in a long time. Cheap reliance on cliche instead of perceptive characterization, clunky dangling modifiers.
