I strongly recommend this book to be read at all levels of learning in the Department of Education, Commission on Higher Education, and other platforms of literacy in the country. Rich with historical facts, this book should be the guidelines of every student and adult Filipinos who have thirst for knowledge on how our country became the first republic in all of Asia. As a matter of fact, they should learn the different kind of leaders that the Philippines have and know their different platforms and techniques in running the government from the past up to present
