HER

Rate this book
The time is now, when we need it the most; the planet is Earth where intolerance is running rampant; the one who will save the human race is from elsewhere, a formless place of pure consciousness.

Human intolerance is leading the Earth to its demise and conscious beings outside planet Earth are no longer empathetic towards the human race. They no longer care if humans survive. No one but HER.

Out of the ether she appears on a sandy beach in Central California. She will inspire us because she is here to fix the human psyche. She pursues her purpose with conviction. She picks one contact, a man who consents to be her human counterpart but who must be kept in the dark as far as the fix is concerned. Alana Easer will save the human race in a way never attempted before.

This short story is included in the multi-genre short story anthology, "Short Stories with a Quick Impact, the Complete Short Story Collection, Volume One."

It wasn't until I returned from a year-long, solo driving trip around the United States that I wrote my first book, a personal memoir that I haven't as yet published. Thoroughly enjoying the experience of writing, I spontaneously wrote my first mystery novel. The experience was so 'novel', the characters so willing to tell their own story, that I never stopped writing. Twenty-one books and seventeen years later, my unique stories cover a wide spectrum, from humorous metaphysical fantasy in "Last 90 Days, Archie Trilogy Book 1," and magical realism in "Between the Trees," to a psychological thriller in "The Building." Blending multiple genres, my stories have inspiring stories of transformation, as well as humorous and romantic threads woven into the plots.
