The thing that is kind of odd about the book is that Caroline will say "Next, I'm going to show you how to..." but then you find you're reading a lot of case studies and not really learning how to do anything. If you like reading case studies, there are a tremendous amount of them in this book. You cannot necessarily read the studies and figure out how to correct your own situation.
