Brilliant and moving portrait of the gentle author living his life together with his cat Mr Pussy. There are many scenes every cat owner will immediately know. You feel the deep affection of the author towards his cat. The most moving parts are when the mouser is getting older. Small, silent and deeply philosophical book every cat owner will love to read! I absolutely enjoyed the well written book and do hope that the Spitalfields author found a new feline friend. Absolutely recommended!

Just a lovely short book about a cat. I found it calming at a time when I needed that. Mr Pussy remained very much a cat throughout the book, he had his own style and character. The book really made me think about relationships. This book would make such a lovely gift. The Gentle Author writes with such humility, it is difficult to explain but the author's name probably says it all.
Gentle escapism.
