Ireland, 1998. IRA paramilitaries are turning to organized crime and creating an empire based on the illegal sale of arms. Appalled at the scale of this problem, British authorities assign a skilled SAS soldier, Sergeant Michael Burton, to "neutralize" the leaders of the major Belfast gangs.
