Survivor’s tears shed, given in grief… forever in stone they found relief.
Jon is an omega jaguar, and one of the powerful psychic triplets born to parents of dual powers. Thanks to his gift, he’s always known who his mate would be. The only thing he didn’t know was when his mate would finally figure it out. He’s had to wait his entire life for Jude to scent him, not an easy task for an impatient wild child who likes to leap before he looks.
Jude is a laid-back alpha coyote who’s always had a thing for the middle “trip” with the sexy smile. When he discovers that Jon is his mate, he knows that his mundane life is never going to be the same, thank the goddess.
After getting the clue that puts them on the trail to an elusive stone called an Apache Tear, they find themselves on a journey to the American southwest. With the help of their pack, the guys will do their best to complete their quest despite Jon being pregnant. Finding a rock in the desert should be easy enough, right?
This is the second book of the Legacy Warrior series. This is a shorter book of about 30k and guaranteed to have an HEA. 18+ readers only please! And yes, this book contains M/PREG, and adults adulting in naughty, knotty ways. It also contains way more than the occasional use of potty mouth language! Watch out for toppy omegas, pregnant gargoyles, and a fierce furball named Spike.
I'm a total fan of M/PREG Paranormal Romances, first and foremost as a reader. I'm excited to share my own omegaverse(s) with you. What's not to love about adorable Omegas and the Alpha men who love them? If I'm not writing about men sporting baby bumps, I'm definitely reading about them!
I'm a native of Las Vegas, NV, so I'm pre-wired to love everything weird ~ although I don't find any kind of love to be weird. I'm a cis woman who's been happily married to the same lovable lug for 18 years. We have a 16yr old son, well, at least I think we do? Either that, or we have a ghost that eats all our food and uses up all wifi playing xbox while screaming into a headset.
As a new author, it's been amazing to find the amount of support that I've been given from readers and my fellow authors. Feel free to message me, I love to chat with fellow readers. Am I a reader? Heck yeah! In fact, I'm never certain that I can completely trust an author who isn't a fellow bibliophile.
I will try to update here when I'm doing promotional parties & chats. I usually do those on Facebook. If you haven't already signed up for my newsletter, you should totally do it! I only send out NL's to announce new releases or important announcements. I also like to note in my NL what I'm currently reading along with a cover shot and the link for anyone who is interested.
This one is about Jon, one of the two omegas of the triplets finally getting his mate Jude. I loved these two. I also love switches! They are tasked on finding the Apache Tear, and it’s like finding a needle in a haystack. They have to come to the states for this one and they find a long lost relative, which was awesome. The wretched woman from the previous book shows up again. I’m thinking she’s a bad fae like they had in their parents books.
Jon has always known who his mate was. Jude discovers it and soon they are on a quest for the Apache Tear. I love these books. With each one the pack and family grows. And as they grow so does the love.
I love these books. Jude and Jon were perfect for each other. Of course. I loved them together very sweet and funny and wild all at the same time. I seriously got goosebumps reading about the tears and cried when reading about it. I am so happy lucky found them and Cody. I wondered about that from the last books. I can't wait for Sammy and Kyle story. Just the tip indeed.
I loved it. I loved the friendships and family (pack). I loved the mating between Jude and Jon. I loved the quest and the spooky aspects of the story. I loved the intrigue and the new characters. I loved seeing the gargoyles again with their new adorable little baby and even a puppy, Spike. I loved the writing and I loved the plot. Very entertaining and lots of fun not to mention passionate. This was outstanding. =)
Another fantastic read from Susi Hawke. Love the Legacy Warrior Series as much as the previous books in the previous series. The mission they are on is interesting and the characters are full of fun personalities. Oooh and adorable babies! Well done.. Can't wait for book three!
I love the Legacy characters! Can't wait for the next quest and hopefully Lucky finds his happy ever after. Jude and Jon having a white tiger is awesome and unexpected always with the twists. Brings the question of is the barista/waitress a bad fae like the one from their parents series?
Once again Susi brings you on a fantastic journey that leaves you waiting with baited breath for the next story while dreading it at the see time as you don't want the story to end
I like the legacy series. The older one and now the new generations one. The adults are all well written and funny. I’m glad to see that almost all of the Main people have come back in this series as well. I’m looking forward to reading the next book.
Jon and Jude were destined for each other. With the next generation's nee quest, their adventure continued. Throw in a new mating, pregnancy, a new pack member and a haunted campground and this was one fun ride.
The legacy is continuing as next generation works to complete there tasks from the goddess. You’re enjoy read this new generation find love and face dangers. Happy reading.
One of the things I love about this and the previous series is how much thought, research, and detail goes into them and with each book it's even more. That's what makes them such great reads. The mental pictures I get are breathtaking.
*WARNING* contains explicit m/m situations The characters are great. The clues are not something easily solved. There is Insta love, but it's a short book, so that's got to be expected. These really should be read in order for the optimal experience.
Was so happy about enzo and hugo. Anyway this is beautifully crafty m/m steam sexy with lots of love tender moments family. I love how it all comes together.
I need to just let this series go. I haven't really enjoyed either book very much. Some of that is I think that I hadn't read the series that this is a spin off from and so all the references to the parents stories have me lost. Not to mention between the parents and the kids there's like 30ppl it feels like to keep track of.
This story is all, oh yay the person I hoped would be my mate of my best friends is suddenly revealed as my mate and now we have to go on a quest that isn't really fleshed out. I'm left wanting more.
Maybe I'll try the first book in the other series and see if I like it any better, but right now I'm going to hold off on reading more of this series.
Jude and Jon are familiar to us from the previous books and to an extent, the previous series involving their parents. I really liked the match up between these two and love how it is figured out that they are mates. In this book, they are trying to figure out the next step in their quest and it's proving to be a little more difficult then the previous one.
We get to met new people in this one and find out a little more about what is happening. There is also the added fun of getting a glimpse for the next couple. Can't wait!
