Spelling errors all throughout the cookbook and half of the recipes do not make sense. Every recipe says “place instant pot on dry surface”... yeah that’s the point.

The Easy 5-Ingredient Instant Pot Cookbook is another book that I will never finish reading even though I have marked it finished here for the purpose of this review.
Cooking is a hobby, one of my favorite hobbies because I'm on a “See Food” diet, I see it, I eat it. I love to cook because I love to eat, but being a very busy person, I don't always have the time to spend hours in the kitchen. Robert Wan g had cooks like me in mind when he invented and marketed the first Instant Pot in 2010. The Instant Pot has become my go to appliance for preparing fast, no fuss meals.
I learn to cook when I was knee-high to a grasshopper living on the family farms. This was back in the days before microwave ovens became a common sight in every home kitchen. Back in the day when most cooks didn't cook by time and temperature but by taste and for the most part I still cook that way today. I may start with a tried and proven recipe but then alter it to meet my taste. I bought several recipe books devoted to the instant pot before I found one that meets my needs and met my expectations, “ The Easy 5-Ingredient Instant Pot Cookbook,” by Casey Brown. I love this E book cookbook.
If you have never owned an Instant Pot, or even an old fashioned pressure cooker, this E book will teach you everything you need to know about instant pots, from the terminology used to selecting the instant pot that'd just right for you. The recipes...they're the best and you will never tire of making them. Along with my Microwave oven and my Air Fryer the instant pot has become a go to appliance in my kitchen and it will become a go to appliance in your kitchen too once you have used one.
The Easy 5-Ingredient Instant Pot Cookbook,” by Casey Brown is an E book cookbook that needs to be on every home cook's E book bookshelf.
