This is one of the best leadership books I have read in a long time. Told in the form of a story, Sherlock does an outstanding job getting her points across, that good leadership starts with listening and learning what your employees are thinking and what their needs are.
The book was written in a captivating, engaging fashion, and it was quite hard to put down. I felt like I was watching Maria Sanchez, the main character, throughout the whole story. Thankfully it was a fast read, but the takeaways were rich.
