Enjoy this fast-paced, tender romance by Jennifer Youngblood. After a rough road, Victoria Compton’s life is finally starting to fall into place. She has her own dance studio and a handsome, rich boyfriend who wants to whisk her away for the weekend to his condo in the Bahamas. Things take an unexpected turn when Victoria makes an impromptu visit to Dominic’s office and witnesses a murder. Her life spirals out of control as she takes her two kids and flees New York. With new identities and a cover story, Victoria and her kids try to build a new life while living in constant fear that Dominic might find them. Victoria never expects to meet Hudson Lawrence, a rough and tumble cop with piercing blue eyes and ripped muscles. She certainly doesn’t plan on kissing him in the storeroom of the restaurant where she works or slapping him afterwards—twice! Sparks fly as Victoria fights against the growing attraction, fearing Hudson will discover the truth and wreck her new life. Tensions escalate as the threat of Dominic looms over them and Victoria must decide if she can trust Hudson with her secret as well as her heart.
Jennifer loves reading and writing clean romance. She believes that happily ever after is not just for stories. Jennifer enjoys interior design, rollerblading, clogging, jogging, and chocolate. In Jennifer’s opinion there are few ills that can’t be solved with a warm brownie and scoop of vanilla-bean ice cream. Jennifer grew up in rural Alabama and loved living in a town where “everybody knows everybody.” Her love for writing began as a young teenager when she wrote stories for her high school English teacher to critique. Jennifer has a BA in English and Social Sciences from Brigham Young University Hawaii where she served as Miss BYU Hawaii. Before becoming an author, she worked as the owner and editor of a monthly newspaper named The Senior Times. She now lives in the Rocky Mountains with her family and spends her time writing and doing all of the wonderful things that make up the life of a busy wife and mother.

This is the question facing Tori when she realizes her son has been recognized 12 months after leaving NYC. A refreshing romantic thriller devoid of coarse language and sex to detract from the plot! Plenty of tension as a single mom fights to keep her family safe while she tries to resist falling for the man down the street. Recommended read!
False Trust High suspense from beginning to end! Tori and her children are hiding with a false identity, fearful for their lives. When she meets Hudson, the sparks are instant but her situation is problematic. Lots of tension and a sweet romance too.
Finding true love and trust is hard after seeing something that shouldn’t be seen. I love the intrigue and drama that’s caught up in romance. Another great story by Jennifer Youngblood!
So good. Believable to a point and an enjoyable, edge of your seat story. I loved it. Staying one step ahead of a man you saw kill another is not an easy task. Victoria does really well until they decide to stand up to him.
Just when you go to accept your 'fiance's' invitation for a get away vacation you see something that endangers the lives of at least four people. Now buckle your seat belt and get ready for a ride sure to keep You engaged.
Jennifer is a master at Suspense and Romance. What a delightful mixture! The characters endearing, except for the bad ones. Nice plot surprise. Love the faith angles. One of my favorite Christian Romance authors.
In this engaging Christian romantic suspense novel, a young mother is fleeing from a man whom she witnessed committing murder. Along the way, she encounters a police officer, and an undeniable attraction ignites between them.
Great story. I really enjoyed the element of suspense without it becoming overwhelming. It didn’t make me jump out of my skin but it kept me interested.
Jennifer Youngblood is a great writer. The suspense keeps you reading until the end. Loved the book. I try to read as many of Jennifer Youngblood and Sandra Poole's books
This book was so familiar to me when I started it, and I quickly realized it's because I have read it before, previously published as "I know you'll find me" this author. Look under that title for my review!
