Viper Inc. was built out of an individual's effort to survive as a business irrespective of the time and context of survival and the political or social intricacies therein. Avishek Sahu, The Capitalist, started out as a management trainee, an educator, an author, and then took on different roles—often marked by extant business law with inherent inconsistensies in contemporary business environments—to preserve what had been built, and to build some more. In doing so, given the mutual irreconcilability of some of the occupations he persistently indulged in, he found pitching himself as a corporation a business imperative for having to produce goods and services for consumption of masses often on the fly, irrespective of the time and location of his presence in society. Avishek Sahu is Viper Inc. is a corporation so subsumes VIEWS FROM THE LEFT PUBLISHING PROJECT—a mainstream company with a corporate address—as its wholly owned subsidiary; Viper Inc. is Avishek Sahu is an individual so doesn't have to be registered as a company: the registration of Avishek Sahu in society, serves as the registration of Viper Inc. as a corporation. The corporatisation of subsidiaries of Viper Inc. entails securitisation of shares to be held, and not to be owned. Listing and trading of shares securitised as such warrants documenting and commercialising their holding price as opposed to their selling price: Viper Inc. owns all of its shares, at all times. Viper Inc. does not at any time or place indulge in legal transactions on paper, and transacts in society and business only, and only as Avishek Sahu, who at all times of the existence of Viper Inc., serves as Viper Inc.. Viper Inc. as a corporation does not have a location nor a Corporate Office for never ever having had a Registered Office, a phenomenon elementative of its design to buttress its claim of having adhered to every piece of law underpinning businesses and corporations worldwide.
