Rate this book
She’s a hopeless romantic.

Willow Sipe had her heart broken by the wolf who was supposed to be her mate. He wouldn’t have left if he was her Fated Mate. Destiny wouldn’t allow that.

She’ll stop at nothing to find the man made for her. He’ll be everything she ever dreamed of, sexy, sweet, and devoted. She’s going to get her happy ending no matter what it takes.

He doesn’t do romance.

Derek Myers is a lone wolf. He does what he wants when he wants. He doesn’t know a thing about this Fated Mate stuff, but he knows he doesn’t want anything to do with it.

What’s a guy to do when an irresistible she-wolf shows up and keeps hounding him about destiny finally bringing them together?

They can also be seen cuddling their cat, reading, or playing video games.

Love theses stories but....

75% of this book was him being mean to her and her taking it and still she chased after him then outta nowhere he loves her??? She never stood up to him. It felt more like he just gave into a relationship with her, like she wore him down. And that's what was sad to me. They were supposed to be "fates mates" and that's not how it felt. It felt cold to me. The first book was like that too but at least the guy apologized to her. I don't know if I'll continue this series.

I liked the book, but didn’t love it. Honestly I almost stopped reading the book in the first chapter because the story starts with MMC, Derek, in a hotel room with a woman. He robs her and leaves, but continues to look for a ONS. Enter our FMC Willow.

Poor Willow, her first love, Casey, deserted the pack, then returns with his fated mate and family. She is then mated to Derek who has no interest in a mate and is horrible to her.

After saying all of this, I am glad I finished the book because hearing his story helps you understand how his mind works. You also can see why he is how he is. I did like seeing him realize Willow was his mate.

I will continue the series and hope the storylines are more like the first book.

Having read Her True Wolf I couldn't wait to read this book, and it didn't disappoint. In fact I think this is even better. Willow, beta to to Nick her alpha and older brother has been waiting for her fated mate since Casey broke her heart years ago when he left the night they were to be mated. When he suddenly turns up with mate, son and extended family she is distraught and flees to Boise to have space and find herself. A vacation and some fun is what she says she needs. Enter Derek, a lone alpha wolf who is also passing through the city planning to enjoy himself as a spends his ill gotten gains having stolen from a rich lady who is more than he his realises. When Erin Smith tuns up with her shifters to capture Derek, he and Willow have to flee for their lives and she takes them home to the pack where she believes they will be safety in numbers.

As they progress not only do they have to deal with Derek's enemy Willow has to compete with his past as she tries to break down the walls he has built up around himself. There is a HEA but after a stormy and dangerous journey which gripped me from start to finish. Could be read as a stand alone but once you read one book you won't want to miss any of the others. Keep up the good work Kamryn, this is truly a winner.

Disgusted

Willow had every right to hate Casey and she should not have ever forgiven him. Nick was a turn coat. Couldn't finish after she forgave Casey for breaking her heart. If I was willow I would have told Casey's mate she wasn't safe and needed to leave because of him asap. Sickening.

Desperate or Faith

Pretty good book. At first I thought Willow was holding on to pipe dreams and a tad bit thirsty. As you delve deeper into the story her thought processes are understandable. Derek's position was not hard to grasp considering his past. Forgiving Casey was the best thing Willow did for herself.

Nice Read!

This book is about Willow finding her Fated Mate, Derrick! Derrick wasn't having it, but ended up following behind this wolf who literally saved him and in turn brings havoc following him! I do believe everyone who reads this book will enjoy it! I definitely recommend it!

Characters are flat

There always seems to be a serious character flaw and it runs the plot. In this book it is the hero's negative view of belonging and family. The slavery was a great it point but it ends up taking backseat to the flaw.
