(Daniel 12:9-10) The Archangel Michael***told Daniel that the prophecies would be sealed until the time of the end. Discover how the prophecies in the book of Daniel are being unsealed in the events taking place today. Since Daniel was told that the wise will understand the message and lead many to righteousness, while the wicked will not grasp its meaning and will continue in their wickedness, it is imperative for everyone living in these end times to diligently examine and attempt to comprehend the vital message Daniel has recorded for us. The wise will diligently search the word of the Lord and ask for wisdom in order to understand God's plan. When Jesus came the first time, the wise men of the day were aware of His soon arrival and they were actively looking for Him. Today, those who are wise will be passionately sharing this message and helping others prepare. Those doing so will "shine like the stars forever and ever." May the Lord grant us a heart of wisdom to understand the time we are living in so we can prepare for what lies ahead! ***Bible commentators do not agree who spoke to Daniel in his closing vision. Possibilities include the angel Gabriel (Matthew Henry), the Archangel Michael (Hengstenberg), and a preincarnate appearance of Christ, a Christophany (Young). Who spoke to Daniel is not as important as the message that he was given.
This book shows us a good explanation of the book of Daniel, especially about the 70th week, with a convincing argumentation that it started with Jesus baptism and ended with the rejection of Jesus teachings by the Jews following to the spread of gospel to the gentiles.
Eye opening and encouraging. Preparation for end times help.
I liked the easy readability. It contains so much detail of Daniel's interpretation of Nebuchadnezzars vision and it's so intriguing I will read it again for further and deeper understanding. 😀
I hope the author of this book realizes serious errors he made while writing this book. I hope most people who will read this book will also scrutinize its validity through the annals of history which this book grossly ignores. The book is full of speculations, hesitancy, history mediocrity, and utter biblical ignorance of Daniel prophecies. To understand better the book of Daniel, compare this book with Uria Smith (Daniel and Revelation) and make your own conclusion. Thank you
Harman has written a novel scenario of the end times, but is it correct? Eschatology is a difficult subject to write about. We can make educated guesses and put forth our ideas. But the definitive answer to how it all plays out will only be certain after the fact, I'm afraid. Harman's conjecture is as good as any other, but I think we will only have a consensus after the fact.
A sincere effort that, as the author readily admits, takes prophetic interpretation of Daniel down a decidedly different path. The author is clearly passionate about his findings and has done extensive research. That said, so much time is taken refuting the "traditional" approach that he does himself a disservice at clearly and concisely presenting his alternative.
Christ is coming! I found this book interesting but confusing! It is a commentary, so it's man's opinion. Pray for God to reveal His Truth a about Daniels prophecies.
Don't quit your day job amateur, your motives for interpretation are as was Judas's. You're a works for salvation false gospel disciple. As Paul said, "let him be accursed"
