Islam: Europe Invaded. America Warned.

Rate this book
Europe is experiencing a dramatic increase in migration from the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Europe’s culture of freedom is under intensifying pressure from Islam, an Islam at war against women, Jews, homosexuals, freedom-loving Muslims, and anyone who will not submit to Islamic doctrines. People are justifiably concerned about the future. But our political leadership either remains silent or lies about Islam’s opposition to the secular freedoms we have created in the West. Can it be that Europe is heading towards an uncivilized and undemocratic era? Or can these cultural differences be resolved? Author and journalist Hege Storhaug addresses these questions in her book.

Storhaug follows the trail of the migrants who harkened from a particular area in Pakistan. In all, she has made 17 trips to Pakistan making friends, traveling around the country, and learning about Islam. Storhaug has also traveled to the so-called “lost territories” in England, France, and Sweden. Her riveting descriptions of those areas in Marseille, as well as the “no go zones” in Malmö and London are also replete with personal stories from those who live there and daily experience the violence and the destruction that lives there. Clearly Storhaug has a real connection with the people she interviews, as evidenced by the conversations she records in the book.

The history of colonialism and imperialism perpetrated by the West is well documented. Not so well documented is the same phenomena perpetrated by Muslims in the name of Muhammad. The length and degree of Islamic conquest that resulted in the brutal murder and destruction of the cultures in East Asia (Buddhists and Hindus) as well as the slaughter of entire Jewish tribes when Muhammad began his jihad with the sword.

Western slavery is also well documented. In her book, Hege documents the practice of slavery in Islam. From as early as the eighth century Muslim slavers traveled frequently to Northern Europe to capture slaves, many of them from Norway. Dhimmitude, or a specific status for non-Muslims living in Muslim countries, is another concept Storhaug discusses. In fact, Storhaug points out many historical facts and assumptions that have been either suppressed or ignored. These are facts that impact Western societies today.
In Norway today, Mosques outnumber churches. Islam is already the most practiced religion in France. In a few years this will also be the case on the British Isles. Along with the mosques follows a totalitarian Islam from Muhammad’s time as a military and political leader in Medina.

Storhaug’s book is unique in its breadth of information. She puts all the pieces of the puzzle together for the reader. The origins of Islam, Muhammad’s life, and the stagnation of Islamic culture are presented and explained clearly and concisely. The cultural differences between societies based on Islam and those in the West are enormous, and present themselves everywhere. Thousands of young men from Islam-dominated countries are pouring into Europe. Violence and unrest are following in their wake. This book is a powerful and useful tool for understanding just what is happening as a result of this mass migration all over Europe.

Honest and all encompassing view of Islam

I picked up this book because I’m not very familiar with Islam and, given the current environment we sadly live in, I really wanted to know and understand more. At times while reading this book I found myself in the weeds because, due to my lack of previous knowledge, I didn’t really have a good understanding of what the author was talking about but I kept pushing. I would find myself deep into the internet researching the history of this thing and the reasons for that thing. To the point where I now feel so much more knowledgeable now on the topic.

I still can’t say I understand why islamics are so ideological but the author put it best when she said, “Islam is, in and of itself, an overarching totalitarian political ideology established by its founder Muhammad in the seventh century”. Knowing and embracing this really helped me to try and put together some semblance of a reason. Do I agree with their beliefs? Not in the least. But “the fear of looking at Islam with honesty is the real Islamophobia” of which I feel I truly suffered.

This is a very long book and took me quite a bit of time to get through simply because I needed time to absorb and understand. I even needed time take breaks when the content about gang rape victims became too much. I’m sad to live in a world where humans treat other humans this way. But I’m also proud to live in a world where 8 people create a movement of 30k+ that had the ability to change the course for so many women. It’s truly inspiring.

Now, having read this book, I understand so much more and am grateful for the information, stories and effort that was put into producing such an honest and fully encompassing book.

A lesson in history!

History is something that we learn from or we are bound to repeat it. This book was a fascinating look into Islam and how it shapes a country. It shapes its society, culture, and political landscape, etc. The author gives many eye witness views and feelings on how neighborhoods and regions are slowly changing and how scary and dangerous they can become to those unprepared to what can happen.

This book was written as a wake-up call to America. The author wants us to learn from these countries and address the issues. They give an accounting in places like France and Sweden to name a few. The warning signs can be there and we can see the violence against women, drugs, gangs, and sexual assaults are all in an upswing from these areas. Many people hide in fear and terror afraid to speak out for fear of being labeled as “racist” or having “Islamophopia”.

This book gives an accounting of the life of the three periods in Mohammed’s life. You can read about his life yourself and make your own thoughts, but this was a good book to read to help flesh out thoughts and understand what we are seeing happen. It is a call to open eyes and decide what we are really seeing. It was very interesting and extremely detailed. I would recommend it.

An Honest Journey

This book seems like it could be quite intimidating, but it is a very honest depiction of Islamic faith. This book is packed full of information that most people would not typically understand or gather from the simple act of watching the news. I feel a bit more well versed on the topic now and am less afraid of it all. The book is quite lengthy and some aspects are difficult to digest or understand. I found this to actually be a good thing because it encourages me to do self research. I would recommend this book to anyone interested or intimidated by Islam. This will help to connect that bridge.

This book is well written and easy to read with Hege Storhaug’s keen observations of the shocking reality of Muslim no go zones in European cities and the troublesome impacts of Islam in Norway and in the rest of Europe. The highly engaging and informative content throughout the book obviously makes it a recommended reading experience.
