Book One For Kean O’Shea, life is a perfect combination of solving crimes, investigating paranormal activity, and flying high in the Boston skies with the people he loves best—his dragon clan. He’s gorgeous, well-built, and more than confident that he knows exactly what life has in store for him. But when Dhara Swamy walks into his life, brilliant, beautiful, and just a little bit broken, everything he thought he knew turns upside down.
Dhara is attacked in her own home by unseen powers, and her scientist mind won’t let her accept the fact that there’s something happening to her that the natural laws of the universe just can’t explain. Kean is well-versed in the supernatural, though, and he recognizes immediately that Dhara needs the kind of help that can’t be found in a lab, explained in a textbook, or theorized in a classroom.
Book Two Moira Brennan’s beauty is as vivid as her flame-red hair and glowing dragon scales. Both are a badge of vibrancy and power that she wears proudly, and while she’s not one to start a fight, she won’t walk away from one either. As part of the Boston dragon clan, Moira spends her days imbedded in the secret supernatural world of Boston, and her nights in her true dragon form, flying over the city, diving beneath the ocean, and resting in the tree tops. She’s not interested in settling down or changing anything about her life, but then Grady Princeton walks in a with a problem in his company’s vault and everything turns on its head.
Book Three Eaman Cleary is a man of few words, and a bit of a mystery, even to those closest to him. He likes it that way, and he’s happiest when he’s flying through the air, his pure-white dragon form blending into the clouds and the pale-blue sky. White-blonde hair and artic skin only add to his mysterious persona, and nobody has ever inspired him to come out of his shell—at least not until Autumn Pruitt walks into the office, afraid for her own life and her daughters’ lives. Autumn never meant to stumble into the clearing in the woods or to see what she saw, but now she can’t get away from the consequences.
Book Four Nothing scares Siobhan MacFaddan, except, perhaps, the fear that she’ll spend her life alone. Tall, tan, and blonde, she certainly gets plenty of attention, but she only wants attention from the man who is supposed to be her soulmate, if she can ever find him. Siobhan may not be exactly sure what she’s looking for in a soulmate, but she certainly knows what she’s not looking for, and that’s Julius Giordano, no matter how drop-dead gorgeous he is. When Julius comes to her office to tell her that he’s having visions where a man murders a woman, it doesn’t take her long to figure out that he has a supernatural window into the future or that the man gets under her skin—and not in a good way. But she has to save the woman in Julius’ visions, and as the case progresses, so do her feelings for the man suddenly gifted with psychic abilities.
Book Five Ronan Connolly isn’t just another dragon shifter—he’s the rugged, gorgeous, powerful leader of his generation and the person charged with the responsibility of making sure that the clan’s quickly dwindling numbers don’t spell destruction. Dragon shifters can only breed with other dragon shifters, as the legend tells it, and that means that here is a growing shortage of mates for Ronan and his friends. All he cares about is saving the clan from dying out, and the only way to do that is to find some way for shifters and humans to reproduce together.
This is a terrific dragon series, all in one box set. It tells the story of Dragon Clan in Boston and their journey to find mates outside of the Clan. They have always found their mates in arranged matings, from clans other than their own to prevent inbreeding. But their numbers are declining every generation; to the point that within the next two generations there will not be enough dragons left to carry on their way of life;protecting humans from supernatural threats and policing the supernatural community. So their leader, Ronan has
been quietly researching for years, for ways for them to marry and have children with humans. One by one they all fall in luv with a human. First is Kean who falls in luv, then they all meet humans through their security company. Eamon, Si
Dragons, what's not to like? I enjoyed all the books in the series in the box set. Book two disappointed me a bit in two things, the only good brother was killed by his evil brother and the story didn't need him dead, the other was after saying the other shifters were scared and lost why didn't the dragon's bring them into the clan? They clearly needed a family and structure and protection but instead the dragons just turned them back out into a situation they didn't know how to handle. They weren't dragons but they were supernatural and similar so could have been of help. Book three, the witches - and after all that are never heard from again, at all, not even with Josiah the Warnock? The early death of dragons is brought up in each book but no mention of any attempt to expand their life span.
No really it does. How is this only 99 cents!!! This is a set of amazing stories about love conquering all but not in a Disney sort of way. The characters fight hard to get where they end up. So much happens in these stories. You fall in love with the characters and want them to succeed. They not only fight for their love but also their lives and the futures of their families. Serious go get it. The only flaw is some editing issues.
I normally don’t read shifter books because they usually all have just sex, sex, and some more sex, with a little bit of a story thrown in. They all are horn dogs, lol. While these books do have sexy times, they all have magnificent and different stories to go along with those sexy times.
This was an interesting and intriguing collection that everyone can enjoy. There's mystery, suspense, some violence, angst, betrayal, unexpected twists, but most of all it was the loyalty, camaraderie, and love between them that made this a fantastic series. I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.
There are not enough words to describe how terrific this books set is so my advice is ... Just. Read. It!, especially if you really believe dragons could exist.
This series was a well written twist to a fairly common story line, it was made new and improved and very readable. The characters were likeable and showed humor and action as well as lots of sexy romance.
Could use a proofreader. Little too much on the sex scenes but I just swiped past those parts. Kinda liked the take on the different powers everyone had. Again predictable outcomes but i was ok with that. Again, a proofreader is a must
I loved each adventure each Dragon went through with their mate. I'm glad they each have in to their human mates and made their families bigger and better. I'm mad Moira's father betrayed them .
From the first book to the last each page has been a can't put this book down. Great storyline it took a lot to get there but they did it. The next generation is coming right along
I loved all of the main characters! I enjoyed reading as they each had to overcome their own different and varying trials, and how they all pulled together as a family to overcome and conquer them!!!
Good series. Liked all characters. Good magic. Great fight scenes between dragons and witches. Bad language was a BIG negative. Use shows ignorance of author.
