Vacation from Murder

Mag and Clara Balefire Mysteries #3.5

by ReGina Welling, Erin Lynn

A magical getaway, a vanished family, and trouble in paradise. All Mag and Clara Balefire wanted was a quiet weekend of sun, sand, and spellcasting far from the prying eyes of Harmony. A hidden beach, no cell signal, and no responsibilities? Bliss. That is, until a too-charming family sets up camp nearby—and promptly wins over the sisters with sticky s'mores, sea glass scavenger hunts, and two mischievous boys who remind them why they love this world. But when the family vanishes overnight without a trace, the vacation turns into a frantic investigation. With no footprints, no suspects, and no time to spare, Mag and Clara must uncover the truth—before someone erases more than just memories. Vacation from Murder is a short story set right after Murder Below the Waterline—but it stands alone for any reader ready to dive into magic, mystery, and mischief.

Anything these ladies write, I will get around to reading! The Balefire sisters are wonderful and I enjoy reading their antics any chance I get!
