The mind is a powerful thing, yet very little is really understood. نکات کاربردی ساده‌ای داشت که شاید خیلیاش رو می‌دونستم اما جمع‌آوری و یادآوری جالب بود.
همه ما در دنیای پیچیده امروزی مممکنه دچار انباشتگی ذهنی شده باشیم که با پاکسازی ذهن می‌تونیم به تفکر شفاف برسیم.
برنامه‌ریزی روزانه، تنظیم خواب و بخش‌های کوتاه دیگه در کل خوب بود.

Recomiendo este libro

La mejora continua en las personas se inicia primero por el ordenamiento interior y este libro recomienda varias estratégicas al respecto y para ello resalto algunas y para ello debemos saber diferenciar la importancia de las tareas; es decir, qué es urgente, qué es importante y qué es irrelevante.
