This is quite a nice recap of most parenting skills, which most principles are recommended by psychologists.

Just quick few mins chapter and touch on common problems with suggested phrases.
It is a good refresher course.

Some great advice, that goes along the lines of common sense. I didn't realise how much my body language affects my children. Let's see if I can put these tips into action!
