A Scifi Morphing Gender Transformation Romance

Save the planet, or save yourself? When you can become anyone you want, the answer isn't as clear as you might expect...

On a cold night in an abandoned construction site, a dying alien grants five brave children the power to morph into any animal or person they can touch so that they can fight back against a secret invasion of evil, mind-controlling slugs called the "Yucks." Arnold knows this because he was there, hiding behind a half-built wall, and saw everything. He even accidentally got the same powers the children did!

But when Arnold realizes it's not a joke, and that he really can transform into any being he touches, he decides he wants no part of a terrifying battle against alien invaders. Instead he grabs the form of a hot stripper and sets off to make a new life for himself in Las Vegas as a body-morphing con artist who uses the bodies of sexy young women to steal from every casino in town.

His plan works perfectly right up until the night when he stays morphed for a little too long and accidentally gets stuck in one of his gorgeous, borrowed bodies. Now, robbed of his powers and with no choice but to learn to live his life as "Annie," he doesn't know where to turn for help. Even worse, the horrible alien Yucks may have finally caught up with him...

Well, here it is. Finally, a Scifi porn hybrid in which the Scifi, although interesting enough, is just a vehicle for the sex. It was mildly entertaining and actually fairly well written, but the best thing about it was that it was short. Be sure to start it with a safe word in mind- may I suggest the word "enough".

Can't do it. DNF
The main character is unlikable. This guy is lazy, unambitious, dissatisfied, contemptuous of others, selfish, and generally stupid with no desire to alleviate his own stupidity. When I call him lazy, I do not mean in the relaxed and content with life kind of way, I mean in the does a piss poor job of what ever he sets out to do, and then tries to hide the failure, kind of lazy. Lastly this person has no human empathy. This character sees a group of kids in trouble, they might die or become enslaved and this guy feels not one shred of guilt as he sneaks away, and never thinks of them again all night.
Male-female-whatever, This is a shitty person and slapping tits on this person will not redeem them. I have no interest in spending another moment of my time with this slovenly bum Even to experience his/her journey of sexual discovery.

I have read five or six books by Alyson Belle, and enjoyed quite a few. Either I did not notice at first or it creeped in, in later books, but there is a growing spirit of Misandry. Now that is pretty understandable. Wile not all guys are jerks, most all jerks are guys. No, I sympathize with women who have just had it with men. Where this Misandry in these books bothers me is in the infantile way it is expressed. Instead of simply acknowledging the myriad legitimate problems with men, this has more of a "All boys are icky" They have cooties, school yard childishness that does not pair well with the hardcore sex that follows. That's my real problem here. Not the contempt for men, but the combination of immaturity and hyper sexuality. It's a paring that gets me like pineapple and toothpaste. it's just yucky to me and it turns me off. You are a person regardless of your genitals. Changing your outer shape has little baring on the inner person you are. Alyson Belle seems to imply that there is a kind of spiritual redemption available through transmogrification. That you can become a better person by changing your genitals. I find this troubling and the disquiet it causes gets in the way of enjoying the story.

Fight the Yucks!

This is another fine scifi gender switch story from Alyson Belle, but I hope this isn't a standalone book. I really liked the premise and was getting attached to the characters when the story ended. I wouldn't call the end a cliffhanger, but it does set things up nicely for a followup book. I hope the author writes one. I really don't want the Yucks to win!

If you've liked the other Alyson Belle books as I have, I think you'll enjoy this one.

He is given a power to change into anything he touches to escape the aliens who would chase him but it was meant to be used to fight them but not him. He changes into strippers. He does so until he stays in one body too long. Now the aliens have caught up with him. What will he do? Can he escape? See what will happen
