Books 1 & 2 in the "Like A Girl" series (CRY LIKE A GIRL and RUN LIKE A GIRL) were released in 2016 and 2017 respectively, with Book 3, FIGHT LIKE A GIRL, due for release in the fall of 2019. She is currently working on her foray into the world of psychological thrillers with "Dead Enemies" to be released November 23rd, 2018.
Aside from the time she can spend with friends and family, a few of Kathy's other interests include horses, cooking, traveling, painting, antiquing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and home decorating.

'Dead Enemies' is a gripping read! From the opening scene, the reader is caught up in the latest novel by Ms Garvey. The author excels in characterization and setting: the pages come alive as you're compelled to keep reading to see what dark turns the lives of these people will take. Deftly written, the suspense never lets up. 'Dead Enemies' is contemporary fiction at its absolute best!
