A personal, detailed and (in my opinion) accurate description about what is feels like to run a marathon. The books starts with the failure of not completing a first marathon, then it's about training to try again, and then, km by km, a description of running a marathon.
As a 4 time marathon runner, I enjoyed reading this book and recognized the emotions and details. This is book is for non-runners who are curious, for novice runners who want to know what is feels like to run a marathon, and also for experienced marathon runners who want to discover what someone else goes through when running a marathon.
