The Nightwolf Clan is back and next up is Rafes. This is the prequel to Rafes's story but leaves a lot of unanswered questions. This novella is all over the place with what seems to be multiple story lines that was a little confusing, but lays the groundwork for what is to come next. I look forward to seeing how all of these characters will come together .

This is just a few chapters of the Rafes story but then there are also snippets of Damiano's story and Rafes grandmother the former queen of Alaska. It is so good!

That it?!!!
The problem with these is there's waaaay too many books, characters, connections and situations to keep track of. I've read everything online by the author and still have problems with putting it all together. You get no references, no guides, nothing. you're just supposed to know what's going on and who's who. This one did nothing for me and comes off as a waste of time, if I would've paid for it I would've been disappointed. I doubt I'll be reading anything more from the author for a really long time.

Rambling from Wilma (Janelle, Tu, and All she's mom) to Rafesson and Myrna to someone named Colby, this book made me go WTF?. The backstory on Wilma makes no sense and doesn't fit at all. Rafesson and Myrna will prove to be explosively fun in the full-length book. Colby ties to the dragons (serpents) that FJ and Olafr went back in time to fight and Her Everlasting Dragon. Just realized Her Russian Brute ties in as well (remember how Ivan wound up with the town?). Book set in future since the kids are 29/30 now. What the heck is bioware??

OMG! So many things fell into place with Rafes! It was sad.. I was mad... I was happy. I experienced every single emotion imaginable. My heart is sadden that it can't go on forever, but I know you already have new storylines burning in that brain of yours. I bow down to the Queen of retelling a story from a different point of view and keep it interesting from beginning to end! I can't wait for Ola! I know it will be interesting!!
