Same old methods that are supposed to grow out your memory out of this world...
Some of them, admittedly, are useful.
Some - ridddiculous. Even though they might be useful as well. I wouldn't know.
Most of these techniques (if not all), I've seen elsewhere. Then again, I make a point to review all kinds of lit on this stuff to keep up to date and, especially, not to miss something ground-breaking (or at least -shaking). Well, my ground seems quite steady, so, 4 stars feels adequate.

Entertaining read that has helped me out a lot in my business. I used to be horrible at remembering names, but I’m making a lot of progress thanks to this book. Mr. Chester Santos is a good teacher and memory skills expert. Glad I found this book!

Great if you want to remember lists of things based on visual techniques. I am still wanting more: anyone know of a book on memory to remember a full hour presentation? Or 30 minute monologue.

This book helps you learn lists and outlines. That was effective.

To be honest, I do not enjoy reading this book. I found that the explanation is quite long, and I might have to say the book is quite dull for me. I only enjoy chapters one and eight, but the rest, nope.

Tough book which requires deliberate effort to follow alone. The recommendation and practices in this books are extremely useful. I am in computer science, I am able to apply those principals at work and for my own learning. I am really glad that I’ve completed it.
