通俗易懂，语言风趣，前半本适合复习大二上学期学习的《财务会计》课程，后半本用虚构（？）案例演示了企业财务会计分析，非常好的财报分析入门读物

不求甚解地读完了，很干货的一本书，没有废话。财务报表分三张表：资产负债表类似于一张企业的资产和负债的快照，展示一个时间点的状态；利润表反映企业一段时间的营业收入，毛利，净利等；现金流量表反映企业的风险情况，分为经营、投资和融资。企业的资产等于负债加上股东权益。后半部分是财务分析------如何根据报表分析企业情况。囫囵看一遍除了记住了几个名字但似乎还是啥也不会。

会计是数字的游戏。哪怕是在同一个既定的规则内，同一家公司在同一个时点都可以做出多个版本的财务报表。从某种意义上来说，会计就是门做假的学问。这学问越是高深，其运行的结果，就越不值得相信。

但是有些写法如果是讲课更好，写书感觉还得用不一样的写法

it is suitable for those who have little knowledge about financial analysis or are amateurs in financial planning as it will give you a basic framework. the writer will tell you what SOFP/SOPL/SOCF are and what they indicate in some circumanstances in understanding tone.(but I do think you cannot fully understand financial statements only through this book
but if you are accountant or major in accounting related or study even one class of financial analysis i bet it is a waste of time to read full book. I was that idiot hah

我以为一周能看完的，但对于一个外行来说前面的基础性内容反而看了挺久的，但理解完全没有问题。抽空可以去看看相关的网课。
后面拿我妈她们公司的报表比对着看，帮助特别大
如果有机会从事相关工作，在就职前一定会再看的

以前被稍带营销味的标题骗了，最近读下来才发现书的内容很充实，作者语言通俗易懂，把很多财务指标都讲解的很细致。而且对具体企业的财报分析贯穿书本始末，方便读者消化理论知识，这本书很适合作为财务类教材的补充。
