Antes de Navidad, Yui entrega a Yoshizawa la bufanda que había tejido y le declara sus sentimientos. Pero Akira se queda sin saber qué ha ocurrido, ya que su amiga no responde a sus mensajes. Mientras tanto, acepta la invitación que le hace Haruka para viajar juntas a Kioto.

The series quitely goes to its conclusion. The running itch seems to be crawling back into Akira’s mind, leading to a (probable) healing of her sad state in the final volume.

There's a great parable about a swallow's nest at the beginning of this volume that pretty much became the theme for the rest of the chapters. There a sense that time was finally moving because this impetus and it making the story more interesting as it moves to its conclusion.

Und wieder muss ich sagen, dass ich die Darstellung der menschlichen Beziehungen, insb. der Freundschaften in dieser Reihe großartig finde! Nur noch ein Band ist übrig... So gespannt auf das Ende einer Mangareihe war ich lange nicht mehr.

Por fin me digno a retomar algo de lectura, y me alegra que haya sido con este penúltimo tomo espectacular. Este vuelve a traer su humor cómico característico con cosas cotidianas, pero ahora la nostalgia y el anhelo están grabadas en sus páginas. Está repleto de personajes entrañables, pero destaco al encargado quien, con 45 años sigue teniendo un corazón que anhela el haber podido seguir su sueño. Nos plantea a lo largo de la obra, ¿la edad es un impedimento para soñar? Desde mi perspectiva no lo es, esto es el motivo de vivir, el añorar algo es la razón de encontrarle sentido a la vida.
La nostalgia y el miedo desde el punto de vista de Tachibana también es fuerte y la metáfora del pájaro es clave, ¿qué le sucede a ese pájaro que no puede volar? Será feliz de alguna u otra forma, pero si no lo hace por miedo, no habrá día en el que no mire hacia el cielo por el resto de la eternidad, con arrepentimiento que lo comerá por dentro.
La vida es corta, haz lo que creas mejor y aunque tengas miedo, busca lo que deseas con todas tus fuerzas.
Sin quitarle importancia, ¿Tachibana le entregará la bufanda que tejió al encargado? Se ve en las últimas páginas, me da miedo, pero estoy feliz de estar llegando al final de esta historia. Es un abrazo al alma. <3
Sé que mucha gente encuentra cuestionable la edad de 17 y 45, pero no es el punto fuerte de la obra. Si hubieran sido tiempos distintos y coincidieran en edad, quizás las cosas serían diferentes. Son las personas correctas, pero no el tiempo y edad.
En fin, agrego por último que la historia de la amiga de Tachibana con su enamoramiento a pesar de ser algo superficial o quizás mínimo para el resto, es fuerte. Una chica experimentando su primer amor y corazón roto es impactante, es… sentimental.

Il direttore e il suo amico scrittore si trovano entrambi a dover fare i conti con due diciassettenni di nome Akira: una è ovviamente la nostra protagonista, mentre l'altro è un nuovo fenomeno letterario, adorato da pubblico e critica, ma molto maturo.
In generale, molti personaggi si trovano ad un bivio: dopo essere stata rifiutata, Yui deve capire cosa fare del suo futuro, il direttore deve fare chiarezza sui suoi sentimenti, mentre Akira deve finalmente scegliere se vuole procedere con la riabilitazione e tornare a correre.
Il prossimo è l'ultimo volume. Sono proprio curiosa di vedere cosa succederà.

Probably one of my favourites! The whole plot with Chihiro finally leads somewhere and was glorious. The whole message about dreams and having time to pursue them really touched and inspired me. Even at 20 many of us feel like we haven't achieved enough, that time is running out, that we are wasting "the best years of our lives": being told here that yes we can, no life is not wholly determined while we are "young", yes wz have time... it really does something man.

Nos cuentan la historia de Akira, quien antes era una atleta, pero debido a una lesión en su talón de Aquiles se ve forzada a dejar esto y es así como comienza a trabajar en un restaurante familiar. En el transcurso de su empleo como camarera sus sentimientos hacia su jefe van surgiendo. El jefe del restaurante lleva una vida honesta a sus 45 años, divorciado y con un hijo menor, apasionado por la escritura pero frustrado al no poder continuar su sueño.
Las historias de ambos se ven unidas en el momento que Akira declara su enamoramiento a su jefe, las circunstancias los ven obligados a pasar tiempo juntos, es así como empiezan a conocer más del otro y poco a poco curar sus heridas y miedos juntos.
Opinión personal: Esta historia es de las que realmente me encantan, el trasfondo de los personajes y como ese "enamoramiento" ayuda a ambos personajes a encontrar su verdadero camino. La historia en sí realmente te deja un sabor de boca bastante extraño, en el buen sentido. Toco mi corazón el como ambos se daban cuenta de sus sentimientos.
El único "problema" que tuve era la diferencia de edad entre ambos, 17 y 45 años, aunque en una parte me gusto como al final colocaron partes de "que pasaría si él tuviera 17 años". Sin duda el final del libro de una forma u otra te deja con bastantes esperanzas.

Tachibana and the manager are both struggling with similar complicated feelings. It’s good the manager has started writing again and took his own words to heart. I just hope Tachibana does as well. Cause she clearly still wants to run! She should go to rehab to rebuild her muscles so even if she doesn’t run for the school anymore she can still do it at her own pace and personal enjoyment. But if she begins treatment, I’m guessing she has to quit that job at Garden so her connection with the manager will drift away.

That paper phone scene was kinda symbolic of Tachibana and the manager’s relationship. I think it’s sort of foreshadowing that even though they’re together now and so close, eventually tha manager will move on or Tachibana will. Maybe their romance won’t connect and the manager will turn her down completely some day. For now, the two are finding healing in each other.

Tachibana’s coworker really did deserve that punch. So satisfying! He was being shitty simply because he’s angry and sad his sister won’t visit him anymore. That’s what you get for taking it out on others! POW! 💥

Sembra che Akira voglia cominciare con la riabilitazione. Intanto non riesce a consegnare la sciarpa al direttore, colpita anche da quello che è successo a Nishida. Povera Nishida! Che tonto che è stato quell'altro.

D'altro canto, l'amico scrittore del direttore viene letteralmente conquistato da un altro scrittore diciassettenne, che ha pubblicato il romanzo dell'anno. Che i diciassettenni di questa serie servano solo a risvegliare gli uomini di mezza età?

Un solo volume all'alba: come fa l'autrice a chiudere tutti i fili narrativi che ha lasciato aperti? Meglio che cominci ad abbassare le mie aspettative...

Ich mag diesen Manga wirklich sehr!
Jede Figur bekommt ein bisschen was vom Rampenlicht ab, jeder hat so sein eigene kleine Story, die nicht nervt sondern auch irgendwie relevant zu sein scheint und mit dem Schicksal von Akira, der Hauptfigur, verknüpft ist.
Ich liebe den Zeichenstil, vorallem die kleinen, schrulligen Grimassen, die zwischendrin gezogen werden.
Auch die Grundstimmung mag ich, ein bisschen melancholisch, am Rande kitschig, aber niemals fad und überzogen.
Freue mich sehr auf den letzten Band!

Amb el volum anterior, que semblava la calma abans de la tempesta, m'esperava una continuació més tensa, amb més progrés. En canvi, diria que el trencaclosques emocional de tots els personatges es va col·locant lentament a lloc i per això intueixo que el final serà agredolç, nostàlgic i ambigu. 100% estil japonès, veurem si l'encerto ^^'

Pourquoi cette couverture clichée (jeune femme de 18 ans avec la blouse blanche mouillée) qui n'a rien à voir avec l'histoire racontée? Cette série n'est pourtant pas ce qu'elle semble être (un amour interdit entre une fille de 18 ans - mineure au Japon - et son patron de 45 ans). C'est beaucoup plus riche que cela, les personnages cherchant finalement tous leurs voies, à travers leurs rêves et leurs possibilités. C'est un manga très doux, touchant. Très proche de la vraie vie aussi. Du côté encourageant.

Non sempre la pioggia porta malinconia, anzi spesso induce alla riflessione.
Guardare il cielo dopo la pioggia aiuta a comprendere i propri sogni e a far sì che non sembrino poi così lontani...☔️💧💕

I'm glad the the Boss is writing again, follow your dreams!!
The conclusion is drawing near and I really wonder what's going to happen, but I would love for both Kondo and Akira to follow their dreams again.
However, I would also like a happy ending in terms of romantic relationships for some of the characters, and I don't think anyone will hve that, that makes me a bit sad
