Lost Time

Sweet Short Story
My favorite thing about reading a story is the character and relationship development. Getting to know the characters and connecting with them is like catnip to me. For that reason, I typically don't read or prefer short stories. That being said, this story was sweet and I liked what I got regarding the characters though the separation and reason for it made me sad. I would have definitely preferred to get a longer story so that I could experience what sounded like an amazing friendship turned love but this did provide a nice palette cleanser between the long series I am currently reading. For those who prefer short stories, I highly recommend this one.

Lost Time is a short n sweet novella. It’s the story of Letty (Scarlet) and Landon, two best friends who dance around their feelings for years. I really enjoyed the story, even though it’s short you get a good feel of who Letty is, although I wish there was more of Landon. There’s just the right amount of heat, and I found myself wishing this story was a full length novel. I am a sucker for the childhood friends fated to be together. I highly recommend this one if you’re wanting a quickie read, but be prepared to wish this was a much longer book.

This book is so sweet and definitely a must read. You can relate to the characters on personal level especially with the situation she finds herself in. Most of us have had that earth shattering break up that you never forget and you swear you will never let anything like that happen again but you still wind up falling in love again. This book is very well written and so smooth to read. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Fabulous Sunday Read
Lost Time by CA Higgins is perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon with a glass of wine. It’s super easy to read, the characters are sweet and down to earth and it also has the perfect level of smut. Nicely written and with a great pace, it certainly kept me entertained.

This was a quick, sweet and fun novella. This story is well written, it flowed well, it's creative, and with a great storyline. The characters are undeniably charming, well developed and relatable. I loved the chemistry between Landon and Letty. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it!!

This was a short but sweet read, yet still was able to keep the emotional heartbreak and sexy times that you sometimes crave in a read. There's not much else I can say without revealing more of the storyline except it's well worth it and can be read in a lunch hour ... albeit possibly not in public given some of the steam from the sex. Thoroughly recommend.

Short and sweet
This was such a sweet story. It’s a novella so it’s short and the story loved fast. But it had me all in my feels. I loved it so much. I would love to see kore of this cute couple in the future... fingers crossed

I found myself laughing and smiling through the entire book. It was short and sweet and just so dang perfect. Can't wait to read the next book!

This was a quick read. Loved the characters. Scarlett and Landon get a second chance at a relationship after not seeing each other for a decade. She finally finds out what happened when he left her those years ago and unfortunately she sees another friend for what they really are almost to late. I am happy to see her friends stuck by her despite the friendship they didn't like. My favorite part was the epilogue. I am a sucker for those types of happy endings. This was the first 2nd Chance love story I have read, as I usually like paranormal RH and fantasy but it was a nice change.

This was a cute and fun second chance romance novella! There is some drama, mystery, and steam all wrapped up into this little package. The characters are well done and leave you harping that maybe you'll see more of them in the future! It was a great quick read that will leave you with a smile on your face!

This was sooo good! It was sweet and fun but has some mystery and drama!! I loved the whole story and fell for Landon but would love to see his POV. Like always CA wrote an amazing book and I truly recomend this book to everyone, can't wait to see what comes next❤❤
