It’s going to take a Christmas miracle to keep me out of his bed again

I’m face to face with the man that broke my heart forever ago.

Flooded with memories and emotions, I’m completely weak and yet I have to look stone cold.

This is the military and my work has brought me here for a purpose.

My case matters and his cocky beautiful face isn’t going to stop me from looking for the truth.

He’s dangerous, this case is dangerous, but the only protection I need is for my heart.

Command Love is a smoking hot second chance romance. While it’s part of the Power Players Series, Command Love is a stand alone story line that can be read on it’s own. Not appropriate for readers under 18.

Another enjoyable read!

Love me some DeSerra brothers. Marcello is no exception! He and Regina had chemistry but I thought her son got attached to him a bit too quickly. Also I thought the love scenes were super hot but there were only two! Backstory was decent but would have liked more focus on how Marcello and Regina reignited their love. Decent read nevertheless.

Good Stuff

This was just not only sexy but it was just good from start to finish. When Regina seeks Marco a long ago love to help in a murder investigation it was not with the intention of reawakening old feelings. This was was fun sexy good ,because whenever you get Marco and Regina in a scene its hot! The writer gives us the most precious child in Noah and how he sometimes comes off as an old soul and a sweet kid the next. This was fun read with quite a few twist and turns that give you a well rounded story. If you are looking for lost love,a mystery and a cut kid this is the story for you.It doesn't hurt the Marco is a good ,bad boy with mob ties. Now that's something to think about because you are going to need to read in order to find out.

Good but a few missing bits

Good book but I couldn't give a higher mark because I would have liked to have more about the role of Marcello' s role in his family. It's alluded to a few times but no details. Also more interaction with the family would have been good. The inconsistencies with the safety of Reggie was too ridiculous. The idea that he wouldn't have more security at home when he got her there for protection not once but twice makes the book weak. Also there wasn't much romance in the book, the author relied too much on the fact that they were exes. Also never mentioning her sons father name was silly. If only if he wanted to adopt the kid.

Wow

I enjoyed reading this second book with Marcello and Regina just as much as the other one but I believe even more so! He seems to be even more dangerous then his brother.. I like how family stick together and when betrayed they do whatever is necessary to protect the ones they love be it so call family or not. And Regina is a fighter and for a little guy he showed his bravery when it was most needed. So much drama and mystery kept me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to read Octavius story next!

Good reunion love story

Regina is a rough lawyer and Marco is a military man who teaches at West Point . Regina is investigating a murder that leads her to West Point where she she has to question a few of the cadets about the murders , who just happens to be in Marco's class. Who she hadn't seen since her broke up with her in college year ago. He helps with the case and they fought the raw feelings for each they thought was dead. There is also alot of action in this story...very good read!!!!

I enjoyed the book. The action and romance of the story. The only problem I had was were Macro work.. She says that the family base is the DMV area, but she put Marco's work at West Point. And he was able to get to his uncle house in like and hour, not. Did she mean for him to work in Annapolis instead. Last I knew West Point is in upstate New York. Everything else about the book was awesome, but this keep throwing me off. That's the only reason I didn't give it give 5 stars. I love 💘the series and the brothers have a good bond between them.

Regina and Marcello have a past one where he broke her heart. Now they are thrown back together due to a case she is working on involving military cadets. Marcello can't get over the woman that Regina has become and he is even more captivated by her. Working close will take every ounce of her will power to stay immune to the force that Marcello commands over her heart. There is a lot of drama and suspense in this story that will keep you turning the pages until the very last one. I voluntarily Agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

This series is so hot! I loved Regina and Marco. The de Serra clan is a force to be reckoned with and then some. Regina's strong character was the perfect compliment to Marco and Marco was the perfect protector for Regina and Noah. Great story with lots of action and some serious steaminess. As soon as I finished this book, I was ready for the next one. Such an exciting series. I can't wait for more.

An enjoyable read- some plot flaws

I enjoyed this. I've never read this author before, so I didn't know what to expect. I'm normally a Sci-fi romance fan- aka Ruby Dixon, but thought I'd give this a try. The chemistry between Regina and Marcello was sizzling and her son Noah was adorable. I agree with some reviewers that the killer element was abit sloppy and underdeveloped, but other than that it was enjoyable. I'll go back and read the rest of the series.

Romance and Mystery!!,

The first book of this series was good but this book was really good. Its been awhile since I've read a good romance/mystery novel. I'd read the reviews before I started reading this book. One of the reviewer's opinion was "she did not go into much depth with the villians". I totally disagree, the author gave us step by step of the interviews villains and she'd given thoughts of why she had chosen the top 5 suspects. Most. Def a must read novel.

😎😎😎

Another good second chance, murder mystery, military, mafia live story.
Lots of genes involved in bringing this couple together again. So much so that, it almost took away from the story. I felt there was lots more that could have been told about each one.
However, all's well that ends well!
Good read.

This is absolutely enjoyable

Wow the characters in this series is intriguing compelling and sizzling hot. What a great series to enjoy. The main male character could command me any time. I really enjoy a man to take charge and who is determined but charming. Every book in this series will make you turn page after page plus you will enjoy every minute of it.

De Serra's Romance

This steamy romance keeps you enjoying this story until the end. I love the connection between Eden and Marcello and the interaction with family and friends. The plot of this storyline flows smoothly. A H/h that are charming, independent, strong willed, there are eye raising moments and suspense with intrigue. You will enjoy this book.

Solid Story

I didn’t read the first story in the series. However, I completely enjoyed Marco and Regina‘s story. Noah was a cute kid and easy to like. The action was fierce but not over the top. I like that Regina is strong and able to rescue herself. I am looking forward to reading about Octavius.

I enjoyed this one, more so because of Noah than anything else! It was suspenseful and engaging, but Regina was not very sound in her decision making skills or a very good judge of character! She made her life more difficult by herself! I am so glad that Noah helped her there at the end and accepted for Marco for them both!

Marco and Regina

I enjoyed this book. The only thing is Ms. James stories start off great but seemed to have abrupt endings and if it is part of a series, I'd like to read a little about the previous brothers and their families.

Powerful

It was nice to see what a damsel in distress could do when faced in life and death situations. The pure love conquering all was well written. I could not stop reading it until the end. The entire series is binge worthy.

Good story

This story was good but slow moving plot. The ending was great, it just took too long to get there and too repetitive.

Ok!

Much like the first book. Danger and family conflict follow the couple. Regina wants to be cautious with Marco but he knows what he wants.

Not bad

This was a good but predictable book. I may venture to the next but so far they seem to be your typical bad boy and good girl hero books

Nice read with suspense, romance with hot intensity, and has a good storyline but didn't bring the connection I crave to a book I am reading.

For me, what carried this novel were the characters, particularly the chemistry between Marcello and Regina. Marcello's plotline with his family was also interesting. The suspense and 'action-y' parts were also engrossing. The murder investigation plotline had a promising start, and the emotional investment carried it along, but when I rethink how it unfolded, some of the links between plot points feel tenuous or characters say they said/did things but I can't find where in a previous chapter this was so (maybe I just missed it). Also, in chapter 1, Gary states he believes the killer is "not done with" him. There isn't anything to suggest later that this is the case. Overall, the investigation plotline seemed simplistic.
Overall, I enjoyed the book and look forward to reading the next one in the series.
I received and ARC and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
