Nick Lavery wasn’t interested in dating—especially after his ‘perfect’ girlfriend dumped him for another man. He didn’t need or want anyone in his life. Now, the only thing he wanted each and every day was a cup of coffee from Mocha Treat.
Yet when he laid eyes on her, he had a craving, but it wasn’t for any drink.
Tasha Kelly decided to make a trip to her favorite coffee shop for some much-needed caffeine. She wasn’t expecting to see him standing there. Tasha usually never approached a stranger, but something drew her toward the handsome man at the counter.
Will their love be more addictive than hot coffee or turn ice cold due to lies and betrayal?
"The Queen of Tease" offers interracial romance stories that will leave you eager for more and turning the pages faster than you can read them. If you enjoy that, Marie's writing is perfect for you. Marie was inspired to become a writer after reading her first "racy" book as a teenager. She started writing years ago to pursue her dream and create characters who embody the idea of "Happily Ever After" for her fans.
As always Ms. Rochelle writing is beyond words. She is so talented. This book is awesome. A must read! Ms. Rochelle keep them coming. You are my #1 author forever.
As always Marie Rochelle did a great job mixing sensual and romance together. I enjoyed reading the love story of Nick and Tasha. How they met was just meant to be. I wanted to reach through the book a couple of times to shake Nick but to me that is the sign of a great book. If I am not invested, I would stop reading. Tasha showed her strength and made me proud when she was willing to walk away but I was so happy she didn't! Great story!
Well, I read the stories in reverse order. These can be read as stand alone stories but I think it's better once you read all three. Nick and Tasha had an instant connection that Nick never had with Carrie. I liked their meeting and getting to know each other. Of coarse there has to be a conflict that jeopardized everything because of a calculated risk. There were editing errors that were a little disruptive to the point it lost a star. The other issue is that the love Stories for Nick, Richie and Tate end too soon. I wanted the rest of the happily ever after. This story was more incomplete because the closure for the whole Carrie thing was not finished. Good story, just falls short of an amazing ending.
BAD. Bad bad bad bad! This was so bad I actually put in second place the lack of editing, wich is a big red flag for me. But in this case it was nothing compared to how bas the story is. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.
Such a typical bwwm book it was boring. Gorgeous man meet woman, they fall in love in 2 minutes, some silly misunderstanding and hea. The heroine was too dull for the book to really be interesting? She was insecure, immature and obsessed with his ex. Pass
I'm always happy with a book about true love and passion where the man has to work for the woman he loves and this author always comes with that definitely recommend!!
Nick didn't expect to fall for Tasha, the little spitfire that paid for his coffee during his caffeine deprived rant! Good thing Tasha is just as interested in him as Nick is in her!
The book was too short. The book needed more plot to it. This book should have been 99 cents instead of 2.99. If you want to read a short simple book this book is for you.
I haven't finished yet, but I already know how I feel about this book. I don't hate it but I don't like it either; it was just completely lacking in everything...2 stars for effort.
