As she falls further for the kind and worldly single dad, the two toe a blurry line between romantic and professional, and Jess feels envious eyes on her; it turns out she’s not the first to fall for her dreamy British boss!
Meddling forces will work to part them; will the doctor prove to be the medicine she needs?
This is the sixth book in the Billionaires of Europe series.
Wanted to like this book. Characters seemed interesting for first half of book. Alarm bells went off when people were telling her (Warning) against dating your boss. She dates him any way.
I'm ok so far. Even bad girl Brittany doesn't bother me. What bothered me was how easy it was to set up a drug theft of one of the most sought after drug. No cameras or locks or inventory protocols for a highly addictive drug. And having your purse out in common area, also not locked up. This part screamed of how stupid this situation was. I would not of gone quietly nor had a 10 year old boy take up a break-in of a job that the nurse and him had no business entering into. Sorry, not sorry. Will not recommend because it is insulting to readers!

Never read a book that crashed and burned so hard, so fast. Frustrating read.
And to think, more than halfway through, it was steadily on a 4-Star rating on its way to securing a spot on my favorites shelf...
I was so engrossed in the events and in the characters, I was honestly powering through this book and devouring its pages... until I got to around 75% of it, and everything just went downhill.
I mean, what honestly was that? A hospital without cameras pointed at the controlled substance locker? How the main Hero just so easily fired the Heroine on sight without thorough investigation?
How the Heroine just took it, and by some miracle, this underaged minor (son of the Hero) somehow magically just turns up at the Heroine’s door and has a “plan” to clear her name? A plan that she so blindly followed?
And then upon reuniting with the Hero, just totally submits and rolls over - practically begging for her job back/jumping the second the Hero offers it back.
Like where is the dignity?
This book, like I mentioned, was steadily making its way to my favorites pile until around the 75th percent mark. I didn’t know it was possible for a book to (quite figuratively) crash and burn so fast (especially after maintaining such a good pace through more than half of the book)—
But this... instead of a glowing review, I’m actually leaving a disappointed one.
Also first book to be added to my “did not finish” pile for 2019 because... what the hell was that poor excuse of an executed “accident” scene anyway?
After a long shift all Jess wants to do is get home and sleep. However on her way there she sees a bus get into a wreck and stops to help out. The next day there's a picture of her in the newspaper talking about her act of kindness. When her boss asks to see her after work she figures she in trouble for what she did. Not for one second did she think that a parent of one of the kids she helped wanted to meet her. Spencer is a well known pediatric surgeon and when his son tells him about the nurse that helped him well he knew he had to meet her. Sparks fly between them when they meet and they end up having dinner together. Just before they go to leave Spencer offers Jess a job at his practice which she immediately accepts. Things are going great between them in the office and out that is until a jealous co worker wants Jess gone and blames her for something that she didn't do. Can Jess prove the other nurse is lying? Will she forgive Spencer?
This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Spencer and Jess is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

In this book we meet Jess Richards and Spencer Hunt. Jess is a nurse and while driving home after a long shift she sees an accident take place. She sees kids still on that bus and decides to take action. On of the children she helps just happen to be Jamie Hunt. She doesn't realize who he is at the time but has always been a huge fan of his father's in the medical community. Spencer is determined to thank the woman who helped his son that day. One look at her though and he wants so much more. Jess is a wonderful nurse and has goals to one day be a doctor. One look at Spencer though and she wonders if she can have so much more. Can these two find a HEA or will the bumps along the road be to much for them to endure?
This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Jess Richards a pediatric nurse was on her way home, when a school bus accident occured, she stop to help the injured children and bus driver, only to have her picture in the paper the next day and a call from one of the children's parent wanting to thank her in person. When she arrives to talk to the child's parent, she was surprised to learn that it's the famous pediatric doctor and her idle, a man she has a crush on, Spence Hunt. Spence took one look at her and was instantly drawn to Jess and offered he a job in his children's clinic and she excepted. A problem started to developers when the chief nurse, Brittany didn't like Jess and tried to get her to quit and when that didn't work, she accused Jess of stealing. Can Jess clear her good name and get her job back and will her dream of being a pediatric doctor only be a dream. This is another great book by Holly Rayner, it was well written, with strong characters and an even bigger strong chemistry between them. It a must read book. I am volunteering to leave a review for a ARC of this book.

Everything is going well until someone decides to throw everything off course. Will this be the end of a great relationship for Spencer and Jess?

I couldn’t put this book down and read it in one sitting. Jess, a pediatric nurse, loves her job and would love nothing more than to train as a pediatric Doctor. She has put her own life on hold to care for her brother who is a recovering addict. On her way home one night she witnesses an accident with a school bus and stops to help. The bus driver took a photo of her tending to one of the children and sent it to the local newspaper. The child’s father happens to be an eminent Pediatrician and after tracking her down to thank her he offers her a job at his private clinic. She accepts and soon their attraction to each other begins to grow. The head nurse also has a thing for Spencer and soon starts making things difficult for Jess.

This story is one of a beautiful romance. It makes you think about the old song; "Love is in the air"; ..As is normally in the stories written by this author the characters are just excellently written, their life stories or the part of it that is revealed is really well thought out. The flow in the story is really good. There might be perhaps one thing that could have been a bit better or more written about, but perhaps not, and that is some steamy scenes. But this author hardly ever writes scenes that are +18 or even +21 scenes, but still here stories are full of it all and feel really complete to read.. So with this story, I can really recommend it if you like romances that are erotica free but still so absolutely smashing!!!

I normally read the hot steamy romances and really do enjoy them but this book sounded interesting so I decided to give it a try. I am really glad I did. It was a very sweet clean romance filled with some twists and suspense. I found Spencer to be a very believable character and Jess was the perfect representation of the type of person I would want me nurse to be. The great characters didn’t end with the main ones. I really liked the presence of Jess’ brother Greg and Spencer’s son Jamie. They both added their own signature to the story. I have never read anything written by this author before but I can say I look forward to reading more in the future. This was a nice all around feel good story.

They are instantly attracted to one another but this will cause problems with other staff at the clinic will she be able to prove he innocence when falsely accused and will Spence believe her. You know that there will be a HEA but it will be a rocky road to achieve it
I was given a copy of this book but this is true and honest review
I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. Loved this story about Spencer and Jess. She is a pediatric nurse and he's a brilliant billionaire doctor. One day after work, Jess almost gets into an accident with a bus, luckily she was not hurt. Since there were kids on the bus, she gets out and treats then with first aid. When Jamie contra to get cleaned up, he tells her that his dad is a doctor. Do the next day when she's called in to get bosses office for a meeting, she is utterly surprised to find out that Spencer wants to thank her for taking care of his son, personally. There is a fire between them. Great story and great characters. But when a fellow nurse takes advantage of certain knowledge it sucks. Love the interactions and the development of the story.

I absolutely love reading Holly Rayner books as her books are always so well written and are filled with great characters who have great chemistry. This is the sixth book in the Billionaire’s of Europe series and the others have all been great. She is a nurse who spends most of her time at the hospital and now that she is 32 she is still single and she has no idea when she will ever find her mr right. She does to work like any normal day and her inability to leave on time means she helps on a traffic accident and the little boy she helps happens to be the son of the most well know doctor in a Boston and to add he is single. What will he do to thank her?

AN INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS READ!!! OMG! Talk about one incredible tale. This is one exciting, intriguing, pulse racing, heart pounding, page turning bombshell that's as riveting as it is captivating. The drama, jealousy, deceit, lies and suspense keep your focus on this fantastic storyline with an amazing plot that you just cannot put down. With all the twists and turns, unexpected circumstances and unpredictable surprises around every corner make for one enjoyable experience. The characters and scenes are written with such realism it really pulls this bad boy together beautifully. Holly did an excellent job bringing this read to life. Fantastic job Holly, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.
I loved Jess and Spencer’s story a hot single dad very nice, well written characters with sizzling hot chemistry. Jess is a nurse on the way to work she see’s a school bus accident and goes in to help, one of the parents wanted to thank her and it’s the very sexy doctor Spencer Hunt and he asks Jess if she wants to go and work for him at his clinic and she jumps at the chance. But the other nurses are jealous and Jess is accused of a crime she didn’t commit, now how is she going to be able to prove her innocence?. I loved this story and I can’t wait to read more from Holly Rayner. A fantastic story a 5 plus ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
Another amazing story by this author, Holly Rayner! It was truly great seeing the journey that Jess and Spencer had to go through to be able to be together and have their happy ending along with Spencer's son, who I thought was instrumental for Spencer and Jess to take that leap and be officially together and be able to fully accept their feelings for one another <3
Of course, like in all good stories, the couple do have to go through some turbulence in their relationship and must overcome obstacles both from outer and inner forces trying to separate them but they do overcome it and have their happily ever after <3
The single doctor, Spencer Hunt, is very handsome, rich, and a dad of a young boy, Danny. Jess is a great nurse who assists at a roadside accident of a school bus. There are only a few cuts and bruises which she treats for the kids, one of which is Danny. Spencer wants to thank her and also hires her as a nurse at his private clinic. As her boss, will he be off-limits as she's very much attracted to him? How can she not flirt with him without the head nurse finding out? This is a great story, a fast read which captivated me. I got up at 2 a.m. to finish reading it! It's one I highly recommend which will warm your heart.
I liked this book alot. Jess was a nurse that lovd working in pediatrics. On the way home one night, she saw a school bus have an accident and stopped to help. One of the kids she took care of was the son of a famous Dr. He wanted to meet her and they hit it off right away. He offered her a job and she took it. Jealously reared his head and one of the nurses at his practice caused major problems. His son butted in and helped her get her job back. It was a good story to read, very engaging.

This is a very enjoyable romance that offers readers a lot of sweetness. The storyline is well written, well paced and come across as very realistic. I liked both of the characters and the chemistry that they shared. There is a nice amount of drama added to the book that will help keep your attention focused on it. The interactions between Jess, Spencer an Spencer's son, Jamie were engaging and so easy to believe, that you are quickly rooting for this little group to get their HEA. This is my truthful and independent review.
This is an easy to read almost Hallmark type story which would appeal to most romantics. A kiss is as hot as it gets. When you have a hunky single who happens to be a Brit & a doctor you have a match made in heaven. Add in a very caring nurse to the mix. Of course there's always a predictable drama to make it all not smooth sailing. However Spencer was quick to act on an issue & Jess to quick to forgive for me. Other than that it's nice warm fuzzy read.

This was a sweet romance. Spencer is a single dad, brilliant doctor, and a billionaire. When he meets Jess, he’s quite taken by her. Jess is a truly kind person and a hard working nurse who aspires to more. When she stops to help some children caught in a school bus accident, she never expects for it to hit the paper nor for the grateful father of one of the children to offer her a position at his clinic. She especially doesn’t expect for her heart to race when she meets him.
Jess stopped to take care of some kids on a bus that was in an accident. Her picture was taken and in a newspaper article. The father of one of the children called and asked to see her. He thanked her and offered her a job. After a few problems, they got together and started a life with each other and Spencer's son.

Spencer is a hot Dr, who's also a single dad. Jess is a workaholic pediatric nurse. I enjoyed the story because I enjoyed the characters. I had one little disagreement with Spencer being a pediatric surgeon but yet saw patients as though he were a pediatrician. I think that only bothered me because I'm a nurse. I still have it 5 stars because I really liked the plot.

An engaging well written romance. It includes drama, others creating a strife, intense chemistry, and lots of twists and turns. This exciting romance includes great characters in this wonderful storyline. Jess a pediatric nurse has everything change for her when she steps up and helps when coming across a bus accident. A great must read.

This book was so predictable. I wanted something light and easy. Nothing too complicated. But c'mon!! She didn't even notice that Brittany was a bitch? Please, I spotted that that as soon as we met her.
I didn't like how easy she let him off the hook after being accused of stealing highly addicted drugs. She should have made him grovel a hell of a lot more! It could have been better and longer with more depth. Then it could have been maybe a 4*/5* read.
She is a nurse and she loves her job so much she hardly goes home. She helps when a young boy comes into the hospital. Then she finds the father wants to thank her personally. He is a rich doctor with a private clinic. He offers her a job and soon the lines get blurred. How blurred will they get? See how they get on

After helping the students in a minor bus crash, Jess finds herself being thanked by the gorgeous and single dad Dr. Spencer Hunt, who offers her a job in his pediatric practice. But when sparks fly will it be a smooth office romance or will there be an office upheaval that could put her nursing career in jeopardy? With great characters and an easy to read storyline this was a wonderful read. I now need to go back and read the rest of the series.
This is an exciting read! The plot and characters are well developed and the pace is relatively fast. It is packed with drama, intrigue, humour, and unexpected twists and turns. The characters are sweet and loveable especially little Jamie. This is a really enjoyable read.

I really enjoyed Jess and Spencer's story. This is a well written book with enough twists to their story. The chemistry between Jess and Spencer is so hot. You can never go wrong with a child in the story. It adds just the right amount of warmth. I really liked this story and was so glad they were able to get their HEA.
