Schmidt's Noise Cubed formula is straight forward - What do the people we serve say about us? What do we want them to say? What are we doing to make them say it?

Pretty simple. Just not easy. As the author explains, it takes awareness and commitment at all levels.

Seriously one of the best business books that I've read to date! This was exactly what I was looking for! You can't just read this book but rather need to execute the lessons shared in order to fully get the value of this book! I felt I was mostly on track with what he shared but I realized after taking the time to really dive deep into my business, I wasn't communicating properly with my clients on how I want my business perceived and known for! Thank you Ken! I did my homework and will be implementing what I learned here!!! I truly have a new appreciation for Harley's as well (however I will never get on one for a ride)! haha. Ken made it sound very sexy to ride a Harley! I get it! Absolutely loved this book!
