Sadly, Pepper was not born a shifter. She dreams of being adopted (or mated) by one, but until such a glorious day arrives, she consoles herself by writing about shifters instead.

Either that, or she really IS a shifter and is just pretending NOT to be a shifter, to protect her people.

Whether the former or the latter is anyone's guess, but either way, she's living her absolute best possible shifter-life.

Glory is a bear shifter who isn't sure about mating Max, a wolf shifter. She's afraid that her much bigger bear will be too much for Max's wolf. But Max has other ideas. The full moon is coming and he believes that his wildness will show Glory that they belong together.

I'm really enjoying this series and this book is no exception. This is a quick, sweet romance which was well-written with wonderful characters. It was a delightful read that drew me in and kept me hooked. I'm looking forward to the next book and highly recommend both book and series. While each book can be read on its own, I suggest reading them in order as characters grow from book to book.

What happens when a wolf shifter meets his mate and she's a bear shifter? In this story, the laughter ensues! Wonderful use of humor keeps this story of a bigger female who has body issues and a slightly smaller male loves her for all the right reasons. Delightful!
