Rate this book
This book is about two sisters who lived in a house in San Diego, and later on moved to a beach house along the San Diego coast line.

They were very happy with their move and were very pleased with the nice view of the ocean, and all of the amenities the beach house offered.

Later on, they found out they made a bad decision, and were TERRIFIED by the outcome of their decision a few years later.

They found out something they didn't know about when they decided to move into the beach house, and realized they made a huge mistake

This could have been an interesting story, but unfortunately it wasn't. Two women, sisters actually, in early retirement move into a new home and are molested by a stalker. One of them is kidnapped. Later on, they move again and the second woman is kidnapped. Police and FBI are unable to arrest the stalker. The language is very basic (almost told in an and then and then style) and the storyline tediously drags on (I mean it's a novella!). The main focus is put on what the characters eat and what card or boardgames they play. Well, it was a disappointing read, no tension, no suspense levels). The only good thing was that the novella was for free!

This is hands down the worst book I've ever read.. Even the basics are completely wrong about my hometown.. The long winded discussions, several of them about childhood card games put me over the edge.. I'd give this story no stars if I could.
