A.D. Thompson lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and family of spoiled English Bulldogs - the most adorable of monstrosities. He works as a Network Engineer while writing wacky sci-fi. Each day he battles a lifelong Cheetos addiction and tries just a little more to learn guitar.
I found this introductory novella well paced and tightly written, wrapped around a satisfying variation of the multiverse concept. I finished it wanting more, which is always a good sign in my book!
Solid book. Very interesting and entertaining. The balance of good science with great fiction. This appears to be a great start to an exciting series. I cant wait for the next one!!!
A clever mix of particle physics, post apocalyptic madness, and futuristic technologies bundled into the intertwining stories of people spanning multiple universes.
The character and story buildup in the early chapters is incredible. Really helps you paint a mental picture of the people and situation they find themselves in.
I'm only sad I can't binge through to part 2. Waiting for the continuation of this series is going to be painful but worth it.
I don't know how to review this novella. Perhaps it's just the sampling of something more to come but in that case it is not really working as an appetizer. One and a half star. I didn't hate it but won't look up the next installation. A pity cause the premise of parallel world always fascinated me
This book draws you in quickly with the great characters and storyline. I couldn't put the book down once I started and it ended with me wanting more! Your first book was impressive and can't wait to read the follow up book(s).
