The Protector....WOW!!!

Kirk and Mia are soulmates who met under extremely violent circumstances. Lost to each other in recovery only to find each other on a plane headed towards a PTSD clinic that both desperately need. Of course there are a couple of hiccups along the way. But in the end, love conquers all.

I must say that Lisa had me sucked in from the beginning. As much as this is Kirk and Mia's tale, you are drawn to the relationship brewing between Lica and Renata. And then there is the tie in to Book 1 in this series....where, how and when? The last part of the book answers those for the reader.

Needless to say, I couldn't put it down. I can't wait for Javi!

To be honest at the beginning i was disappointed that i wasn't getting another story on the Sinful Six, however i was sucked into Kirk and Mia's story. They bonded over a life or death event and just when they didn't think they would ever see each other again life throws them together to deal with another deadly situation. Kirk and Mia have a lot of baggage and they are both having a hard time trying to keep their head up but together they can handle anything. Great book and i cant wait to read the next book in the series.

Kirk and Mia first laid eyes on each other as hostages in a bank robbery, they never speak but forge a bond that gets them both through the ordeal. Each of them goes their separate ways and try to put their shattered lives back together but Kirk is haunted by the memory of Mia. On a chance meeting at an airport they re-unite, and Kirk knows he cannot let Mia get away this time. Together they try to forget the past and build new lives, but someone is out to destroy them. A fast moving read with well developed characters.

LOVED this book!! This is the second book that I have read by Lisa Bingham and I have to say I have definitely found a new author to follow!!
Kirk and Mia come alive on the pages. You cry for them and feel joy for them as they go through so many ups and downs. Loved that the sinful 6 were included! Love that group!
What more can I say? You need to read it!!
