Reimar didn't expect to wind up back in Durnskeep, and while parts of it remind him of his past, he'll soon realize that there is more going on here than he imagined.

A familiar figure from his dreams finally makes himself know to Reimar and the others, warning them of the coming black and red dragon threat coming in less than a month. If the mainland of Yaerna is going to have any chance against the coming scourge, it will be up to them to unite the provinces and races.

Before they can make plans to reach out to the other provinces, they realize they need to start right where they are. Luckily for them, Reimar knows just the influential figure to get the job done. Unfortunately for them, it's the leader of the gang that originally put a bounty on Reimar's head in the first place.

Join Reimar and the others as they try to win over Durnskeep, infiltrate a rival gang, and do battle with a storm elemental in the fourth book of The Half Dragon of Yaerna Series: Durnskeep!

Could not finish this book

It feels like Hans has lost his edge. The hero becomes a whiny teenager every few pages. The proofreader has no clue about homonyms, and it feels like the author just lost interest or was writing while distracted.

It is frustrating when the main protagonist acts like an a**hole when there is no reason for this to occur.

I finally quit reading in disgust!
