My time is spent doing a lot of things I've always wanted to have the time to do, including several hours daily writing stories about people who discover (as I have) that God will only allow those things into your life that will help you grow and/or increase your faith.
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14
At the age of twelve years old, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and have never been disappointed that I did. He has been with me through trials and tribulations, most of which I brought on myself. Never once have I felt that He deserted me or doesn't love me.
In my writing, I try to bring out the love of God and truth from His Holy Word. I hope that my stories will be a blessing to you.
Another great read from this author. I was caught up on the lives of the characters and the story line from the first pages. It is a wonderful combination of conflict, romance, and suspense. It is also shows a powerful picture of how God can work in lives to show His love, forgiveness and healing. I really do recommend this book and I am definitely looking forward to Sharon's next book.
Loved this story. The characters were complex but realistic. Jacob and Kathryn 's meeting was funny and enjoyable. I felt sorry for both for what they had experienced, but I fell in love with Jacob. This book was full of suspense as well as romance and spiritual growth of the characters. Highly recommended.
The author used true-to-life situations to create a suspenseful story for Kathryn and Jacob. Kathryn was in physical danger right from the start due to an obsessed co-worker, Mathew who wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. Jacob's angst was different. He thought he'd found 'the one' in Patricia, only to discover she was cheating. He also has to deal with rejection from his father, which is added trauma. For both Kathryn and Jacob, separately, a new job in a new location appears to right their worlds. From Minnesota to Florida. That's where their hearts collide. Before they can let in the light, they have to overcome trust issues and eventually face the people who caused them. There's danger, sweetness, chemistry, incredible secondary characters/friends who have their backs, and Christian principles that reveal who Kathryn and Jackob are deep down.
*Note to the author -- the white roses from Jacob were a special and romantic touch!*
This is the first book I've read by this author, but it won't be the last!
It captivated my interest from the first few pages and held through to the end! At times it was a page turner with me on the edge of my seat! It brought forth a plethora of emotions, ranging from happiness, worry, dread, joy, laughter, to fearful suspense!
It is a realistic very well written story with mostly wonderful characters with the exception of one ruthless villain. The journey with them will take you on a ride filled with twists and turns. I can't imagine that anyone could find fault with this endearing story! I highly recommend it!
