Adam’S Wish

Wish the book was longer. Then I really enjoyed her writing. Just a good book. Really like how this book starts.

Early San Francisco, California, and its harsh times, ruthless behaviors and those that endeavored to make a better life in the west. This is the story of Adam, a government agent, and those that worked with him in the 1870’s. I loved the series Circle of Friends and this is sort of an extension of those books. This story will make you smile at young adult antics and yet there is some mystery that keeps you reading. I enjoy the writing of this author and never miss the opportunity to read one of her books. It’s a stand-alone book but I’m sure there are more stories to come about the adventures and lives of those friends and family that live in that area. Thanks for a great read.

charming tale

Ms Chandler has a way with words and she gives a charming tale about Adam. Loved her earlier books as well. The suspense and story telling blend so well.
