Elara only has 30 days. 720 hours. 43,200 minutes remaining.
Unless she returns to her comatose body on Earth before the thirty days are up, the darkness lurking beyond the wall will consume her and she will become trapped in the InBetween forever.
The InBetween, hidden between the after-life and Earth, is home to handsome, seductive angels and soul-hungry demons.
Will Elara escape in time to return to her normal life? Can she be normal ever again or will the darkness finally consume her?
The Curse of the In Between is the first book by Erin Snihur I have read. I walked in with no clue the premise or anything about the author (the book was suggested to me by link from another book). That being said I really liked this story. The concept was different, the writing was well done and flowed. I had a couple of problems with grammatical errors I found (I am weird about that sort of thing and so these cause me a lot of frustration, which is not to say grammatical errors will bother other readers) and I feel like I missed something with the interaction between the main characters: it felt like Elara just wakes up one day and her feelings for Darius changed. It seemed sudden to me, but maybe I just missed something? I am quite excited to see what the cliffhanger ending brings in book two.
I am so enamored with this book that it's a shame it ended in a cliffhanger! Elara piqued Darius interest so much that instead of reaping a soul he just took her back to his world while she still lived in a coma on earth. Naturally all Elara wants is to return to her lover and her bff, unaware as yet of their betrayal and greed. An intriguing storyline as the Keeper of the In-Between falls in love with Elara and does all he can to insure her survival. Can't wait for the next book of the series!

Curse of the InBetween: The InBetween Series Book 1 by Erin Snihur is a wonderful story to read. I loved reading this story with the strong characters and the wonderful story line. The only downfall is that it is ends in a cliff hanger, but I still recommend this story to everyone.

I really super enjoyed this story. The characters were so well developed that it seamlessly weave its tale with great detail and depth kept me totally engaged throughout the entire book.
Elara was taken from the life she knows and and into a place called the In-Between. What Snw didn't expect was to fall in love or tho becomes somt important
