The story of a baby turtle bullied for having a completely see-through shell. As turtles mock him and chant " Come out! Come out! Your see-through cage! Don't try and hide, we see you face!" An evil cat beast shrouded in shadow creeps across the tree tops with flashing hungry eyes.Now its up to the baby turtle to save the others, stand up to the evil cat, and teach people a lesson about self image, bullying, and being a hero.

Well-written, well-illustrated children's book
This is a lovely and inspiring book. It's definitely one to add to any child's collection. It's short and easy to read, and the rhyming structure makes it fun and great for kids who are learning to read and have progressed beyond very simple books.
It's also got a fair amount of action and danger to keep a kid interested.
