I looked at him like he had horns growing out of his head.Anna Trent worked in a chocolate shop for years...well...kind of? It wasn't one of those fancy artisanal shops, it was more of a pre-made mix-together kind of shop whose end product always tasted a bit chemical-ish.
"I absolutely and definitely do not feel lucky," I said.
And so with much trepidation, Anna sets off...only to find out that the new place doesn't seem to have any room for a factory worker without *real* experience.
"He said he does need a new factory worker, yes. And I know of an apartment where you can stay."

"...when people dedicate their lives to one thing that they really, really love and learn a lot about, amazing things can happen."
