Ten Minute Guitar Workout

Rate this book
David Mead got the idea for this book from the Canadian Air Force, who published a ten minute a day physical fitness schedule for modern times. The book recognized that a lot of people needed some sort of fitness regime but had little time to spare, so it offered a series of graduated exercises that would bring about a good level of fitness from a time investment of only ten minutes daily. From his own guitar-teaching experience, David Mead knows that time is also the biggest obstacle, preventing music students from making progress on their instruments. This is a condensed practice schedule for his busier students whereby they can cover all the vital areas of learning in the shortest possible time and still see a satisfying result from their labor.
