Some great insights about relationships and mental health at large but also within the world of education. The framework for building inclusive classrooms is fairly concrete, and the lesson plan template and 6 Ps makes it feel more attainable. This is a great goal. Even if not achieved all the time, every effort helps.

We read this for a staff book club and had some good discussions. It felt kind of affirming rather than revolutionary.

Good reminders on effective teaching. Emotions and interconnectedness are central to teaching and learning. Teaching is much more like coaching.
