Don't let yourself get played by a fae... Sounds so simple, doesn't it?
With most of my magic trapped inside of Rhydian, Kier, and Solas, now is the worst time to get caught up in Rhydian's mess. Yet here I am, stuck right in the middle of it again.
My magic has turned against me in a new way, inexplicably drawing me to all of them. It's like my magic wants me back just as much as I want it, only it doesn't care that it'll ruin my love life in the process.
How can I keep this secret from Darren? That I know exactly what will give my magic back to me... but that doing so will break both of our hearts?
Cece Rose is the proud owner of one dog, two cats, two turtles, and one annoying boyfriend.
She hails from Devon in the South-West of England, but dreams of sunny skies and sand between her toes. Although, whenever abroad, she'll moan about the heat and the sand that gets everywhere.
She has largely convinced all who know her that she's a vampire, mainly due to her nocturnal habits and tendency to bite. In reality, it's because her creativity only ever strikes when the sky is dark and the stars are shining. (Plus, it's actually quiet enough to concentrate on writing when everyone else in the world is sleeping.)
Grey Magic and Binding Deceptions was so well worth the wait!! CeCe does it again with this series!!
There are so many things I enjoyed about this book. Seeing Kayla again with her snarky attitude, and her bad luck. I just want to watch to see what happens next for her. I enjoyed so much seeing more of Solas and Rhydian. She has so many hot guys wanting to be with her. I mean come on, a shifter chasing her, a hot faie prince, a demon and a hybrid detective. I personally would call that lucky, but I think it kinda evens out with all of that bad luck she has.
Overall, GMABD is a great addition to this series and I cannot wait for book four. Well done CeCe!!
This book was way too fast paced in the plot that it made my head spin like crazy trying to figure out wth is going on.. and not in the good way. I think, had this been slowed down, even by a touch, it would give the plot a chance to show us what is going on more in depth. With the rush of the plot, the characters interactions felt forced and lacked any depth to make me feel like any of these characters ‘love’ each other, or have any true connection. The series has such a great potential to be amazing too.
Brilliant 👌🏼 And so worth the wait 😊Kayla’s luck 🍀still seems to be running on the down low ......although I wouldn’t call having gorgeous males all wanting you a problem specially if they all look like they walked of a run way walk yummy 😋Her magic plays up when ever she is around any off them and the only way for it to stop is for them to get down and dirty with each other .........again don’t see problem...😆 unfortunately Kayla is in a relationship with Darren ......so will Kayla the beautiful witch 🧙♀️ bend to the strong pull off her magic and break Darrens heart 💓 by giving in to temptation with the gorgeous Detective 🕵️♀️ hybrid 🧛♂️🐺 , the fea 🧝🏻♂️prince 👑Rydian ,solas the cheeky annoying good looking , sexy bod of demon 👹 or will she behave .....ha ha 😆 well you will just have to rad this awesome , amazing third book 📖 that was completely worth the wait ......love love love 💓 it can’t wait for book 📖 4
I've been waiting for this book for a while but it was worth the wait. I had no problems getting back into the story and remembering what has happened previously. It was great to see all the characters again, although this book didn't have as much of Kier as the previous book did but that's because it needed to be more focused on the part Rhydian plays in Kayla's story which you'll understand when you read the book.
I really enjoyed the twists, turns and surprises in the book. It does end on a cliffhanger, but it's not an epic cliffy it is more the kind of, I wasn't expecting that, how did that happen and how will Kayla deal with that? I'm very much looking forward to the next book in this series. Five stars from me.
Once again you have done it Ms Rose. You have written another hit. I absolutely adore this series and am so happy I finally got to read this next installment. A++ writing! However, that freaking cliffhanger, what are you trying to do to us lady? We're finally getting somewhere with the love interests then that demon shite I love to hate had to go and do that. My heart and my brain won't last until the next release. I hope you're happy because you have completely slayed me and I couldn't be happier about it😁 Seriously though, if you're looking for something full of supernatural characters, panty-melting scenes and, heart attack-inducing drama. You have come to the abso-f*cking-lutely right place.
The long & highly anticipated book 3 of the Grey Witch series is finally here! It takes off 1 week after the events of book 2, Kayla is still struggling to come to terms with what she did & what she has to do. I can't wait to read book 4 which comes out sometime in July, July can't come fast enough! I can't wait to read what happens next to Kayla especially with Rhy, I really want more of her to accept Keir, Solas & have the long awaited sexy times with them. Kayla is the type of girl who's naive, ignorant, but we can't help but to love. I think Darrin surprised us more by doing a 180 on us because in books 1, 2, the novella she described him as the jealous type.
This series is worth any wait you have to endure. This book left me with a dangerously delicious cliff hangar, but also gave me relationship developments that I truly hadn’t expected but really love. This series is my first dive into this author but if the rest of her writing is like this one I am hooked. It’s a reverse harem book that has a slow burn before the character gets together with all her men and I love that. I love that we get that drama and chaos in the plot that is all starting to come full circle, but we also get all of the relationship developments that show that the MFC is actually trying to make all of her relationships work.
Ive been meaning to get round to reading this book, it was automatically downloaded to my kindle meaning i must have paid for it in advance. Its now middle of march and it seems the same issue that was brought to amazons attention by many hasnt been rectified. The book isnt a book its a chapter, the rest of it is blank...I Hope we all get the actual book and then can change our rating asap
Oh my gee! This book definitely was worth the wait! I inhaled this books in four hours and loved every second of it! Cece is an amazing story teller and I can't get enough of this story. GMABD is probably my favorite by far and I have no doubt the next one will be even more amazing! I highly recommend this series! Cece Rose, never stop writing! You are a genius.
Please do yourself a favor. Read this book. Do it. What ever is on your TBR list, postpone it. You fall in love with these characters from the very first book. There is a reason it is a why choose romance. I don't want to put spoilers in my review, so I won't. But the way that Cece makes readers feel when reading her books will give you the best kind of book hangover and begging for her to write more. 100% read this series!
After removing her curse for bad luck, she's now without magic, except for the small piece that she got back from one of her guys. What a pity though that she cannot get her magic back in the same way with the rest of the guys. And now her fae prince is asking payment for her debt. She only needs to pretend to be his fiancé for a while. But even though Kayla got rid of her curse, bad luck still seems to follow her. The book ends in a cliffhanger and I can't wait to read what will happen next.
I love how Kayla takes everything on with a stride. She doesn't let what is happening affect her, not too much at least. We also get a new development in her relationship with one of the guys. Now only two more to go (hopefully) before she has her own harem.
The longer the series goes on the more convoluted the plot becomes. It just twists and twists. No one can ever be what they seen and quite frankly in my opinion Darren has just been boring this whole series. Never any spark or connection beyond what is told to us that the characters are supposed to feel. It's just not conveyed.
I was hoping the series would get better… I had already purchased the book… but it didn’t. There’s no connection with the characters love interest. The MC is whiny and repetitive. I won’t be continuing the series from here. It did have an intriguing take on the supernatural world, but it’s not enough to continue.

This was as amazing as I thought it was going to be! The demon has me wanting to throat punch him and there are so many unanswered questions. I cannot wait for book four!!! I need those answers!!!!
Plots within plots... Many different story lines are opened in this book, others are finished or twisted further but through it all, Kayla and her "stick my head in the sand until it magically fixed itself" attitude is steadfast throughout the. Book...
The plot and characters are all fine and dandy . But the flow on this one felt off to me, a lot of stop and go, a lot of the character thinking and not a lot of doing. Very reactionary vs proactive.
I never saw that ending coming. You've played my existence and I'm a fan for life. The twists and turns were beautifully written. This book just goes to show that just because the curse is broken, doesn't mean your bad luck has ended.
I love these characters so much and maybe it’s the curse of being someone who prefers series upwards of 6 books but this just a felt a little rushed to pull all the pieces together. I would have loved to have it slowly spun out in more depth over more books.
It feels like I've waited forever for this book but it did not disappoint. Even though I have way more questions than answers. Amazing cliffhanger, a good storyline, and fantastic characters.
So hear I am thinking that Kayla is on the right track breaking her curse, getting her magic back I don't even know how to feel right now with that cliffy. I NEED the next book asap! I loved it!
This book was good book you had to pay £3.99 where as the earlier books were on KU. If the next book is KU I’ll read it but if not I will not continue as there just wasn’t enough book or action for the money.
This is another amazing book in this series. Each book just gets better and better. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. I would definitely recommend reading this book.
This series isn’t really RH until this book. It’s more that the characters are confused about emotions. The series is written well and this is an incredibly SLOW burn book. Book 4 was supposed to release mid 2020, but it’s still not out.
